Dec. 13
Traffic stops: 10
A disabled vehicle was reported at the intersection of Badger Road and Sunset Highway.
A suspicious 911 call came in with no noise on the other line until the end, where there was a scratching road. A person answered the phone on a call back, but dispatch couldn’t determine what they said due to poor connection. The call was traced to the 27700 block of North Kiner Road in Almira.
An Edwall man said his 18-year-old son, who has special needs, left a note on his coffee table saying he was leaving to get his brother in Cheney.
Malicious mischief was reported in Odessa.
Two disabled vehicles were reported in an undisclosed location.
A Wilbur man said his daughter was threatened by two football players at the high school.
An Almira woman reported a 43-year-old woman screaming in pain after falling in a hallway and injuring her hip.
A Coeur d’Alene woman said three men with rifles kept coming in and out of a Lincoln County residence she was at.

A Davenport woman reported a possible overdose by a 40-year-old woman.
Davenport School District staff requested a welfare check on a student with possible mental health concerns.
ADT Security reported an alarm going off at an Edwall address.
A Wilbur woman said a driver in a white truck circled her house on the 200 block of Northwest Cole Avenue, investigated the window, took a package from her mailbox and left toward Billy Burger.
A Harrington man reported a car driving over 100 mph outside Wilbur.
A man said someone broke three windows on a bulldozer in an undisclosed location.
An Eltopia man said his neighbor has two dogs coming onto his property repeatedly.
A dog got loose across from the Harrington cemetery but was retrieved and returned to its home on the 700 block of Coal Creek Road.
A caller said she received messages on Facebook on her personal account, husband’s account and Gun Club account from a person accusing her of stealing his girlfriend’s credit card to order two trash cans.
A caller reported a suspicious man walking around Sprague.
A Creston woman reported a man talking to himself in Wilbur while a woman wandered around without a jacket.

A Reardan woman reported a suspicious vehicle at the end of Tramm Road North.
Trespassing was reported in Reardan.
Illegal fireworks were reported in an undisclosed location.
The Wilbur School principal requested a welfare check on an employee living on the 400 block of Northeast Spokane Street that left the school acting erratically and was possibly intoxicated.
A caller who called himself “Harrington man” reported a suspicious person.

A Reardan man said he locked himself out of his house on the 300 block of South Oak Street.
An injured deer was reported on Highway 174 at milepost 28.
A caller reported a green Chevy truck going 40 mph and swerving across lanes.
A Bonney Lake man reported a one-vehicle rollover crash on Miles-Creston and Hume Roads.
A disabled pickup truck was reported two miles east of Kiner Road.
A disabled vehicle was reported at Woodland Lane and Highway 25.
A caller reported a red logging truck swerving across lanes.

A caller reported a youth driving a longbed truck spinning around Davenport Elementary School and the rest of the city.

A caller said the cook at Doxie’s Diner in Wilbur was threatening folks.
A Wilbur man said he heard a puffing sound when suddenly, his door was off its hinges. He thought someone was trying to break into his house.

ADT Security reported a back door alarm going off at a Reardan address.
Wilbur School District requested deputy assistance in serving severance paperwork.
Traders Express in Davenport reported a suspicious person.
A caller reported a recklessly driven pickup truck.
A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 2 and Krupke Road just east of Reardan.
A caller reported a suspicious vehicle heading south on the Keller Ferry.

Stanley Security reported a burglary alarm coming from the Department of Licensing Office in Davenport on the 500 block of Park Street.
A Davenport man said he locked himself out of his truck in the Safeway parking lot.
A woman said her husband was threatening her and her grandson.
An Odessa woman reported suspicious circumstances as she was looking into her neighbor’s window on the 100 block of East Fourth Street.
A caller reported a rollup door open at the tire storage building by Safeway in Davenport.
A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 27400 block of McInnis Road north of Davenport.

Criminal docket-Dec. 14
Shash Sky Talancon of Davenport, who is charged with second-degree assault with substantial bodily harm for allegedly assaulting a 15-year-old boy, had bail set at $50,000. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 11 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 2.
Bruce Paul Havens, who is charged with second-degree burglary, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $15,000. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 11 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 2.
Dustin Bill Miley, who is charged with first-degree malicious mischief, is working on a resolution in District Court.
Brandy J. Hood, who is charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, harassment with the threat to kill or cause bodily injury and fourth-degree assault, will undergo a mental competency test.
