Marlin-Odessa Gun Clubs, results for week no. five

Week #5 of the Spokesman-Review’s Inland Empire Trapshoot was held Sunday, Feb. 6, as reported below by Markus Smith for Odessa and Doug Starkel for Marlin.

Odessa results

Jon Fink and Nick Tebow hit all 25 targets. Shooting 24 were Markus Smith, Anthony Paszkiesz and Ryan Lewis. Garrett Braun, Trevor Smith and Cody Stanford shot 23. Tyler Smith, Scott Buchmann, Tucker Walter, Wyatt Haase, Jared Praetorious, Bill Weber and Brian Wraspir all hit 22 targets. Hitting 21 were Jared King and Mitch Wraspir.

At 20 and under were Holden Iverson, Lexi Eden, Colley Walter, Kit Watson, Casen Watson, Kolter Watson, Hudson Watson, Bo Walter, Izaak Schmierer, Cade Weber, Paige Smith, Koree Smith, Meagan Tebow, Hudson Walter, Sawyer Walter, Tom Schuh, Stan Dammel, Nathan Melcher, Deric Schmierer, Aiden Schmierer, Jesse Reeves, Troy Hardung, Levi Hardung and Spencer Olson.

The high handicap shooter was Brian Wraspir. Tom Schuh and Anthony Paszkiesz won the Annie Oakley prize. Nick Tebow was the Miss-n-Out winner. Markus Smith won the Bushwacker award.

Marlin results

No Marlin shooters hit 25 on Feb. 6. Travis Shearer, Doug Starkel, Corey Shearer and Daryl Kimble all hit 24. Hitting 23 were Dan Asker, Bill James, Dusty Kimble, Doug Brashear, Taeven Bashear, Travis Visker and Kyle Starkel. Shooters hitting 22 targets were Jim Schell and Dakota McAfee. At 21 were Austin Nelson, Gage Starkel, Brent Finkbeiner, Scott Mortimer, Ron Lesser, Jess Winston, Dylan Heer, Brian Finkbeiner, Chris Stout and John Wayle.
