Feb. 7
Traffic stops: 16
An Almira woman said her neighbor on West Main Street has multiple dogs out early in the morning and until midnight constantly barking and waking neighbors up.
A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Sacred Heart in Spokane for a medical evaluation.
The state Department of Labor and Industries advised of a statement made by a man with an active case following an on-the-job injury.
A Davenport woman reported a pitbull running loose near 10th and Maxwell Streets.
A Davenport woman reported a blue SUV fluctuating between 35 and 60 mph and crossing traffic lanes eastbound on Highway 2.
A 911 call from a Wilbur address on Thorson Road North disconnected. On a call back, a woman said her son was playing with her phone and no response was needed.
A Davenport man reported an 80-year-old female with erratic breathing on the 38900 block of Porcupine Bay Road North.
A Harrington man said he was leaving his Dodge pickup parked at the post office in town overnight since he was out of transmission fluid and promised to move the truck in the morning.
Feb. 8
Traffic stops: 11
A man came into the Sheriff’s Office asking to speak to an FBI agent about the cartel and drugs. When told the office doesn’t employ FBI agents, a deputy agreed to speak with him.
A caller said he heard a woman was out of jail and trying to hire someone to beat him up. He said he was in the process of moving out of the area but was worried for his safety if she continued with those threats.
State Patrol reported a black Ford Bronco westbound on Interstate 90 at milepost 248 that had been poorly driving since Spokane but had been boxed in and forced to pull over by citizens.
A worker at the Harrington post office requested a welfare check on a local man who normally picks up his mail every few days but hadn’t picked up for a few weeks.
A Grand Coulee a woman said a man was in the process of moving out of her apartment on the 44900 block of Highway 174 and kept stealing her things and playing head games with her.
An Edwall woman reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 2 westbound from Bennett Road in a white Jeep traveling between 45-55 mph and crossing traffic lanes.
A caller reported a man breaking the windows on her car.

An Odessa woman said she checked herself into Eastern State Hospital for mental health issues.
A Deer Meadows man said his neighbor was allowing his pig to come onto his property on Sunday Bay Road North and taking “elephant-sized poops” on the caller’s sidewalk. The barging boar apparently also was wandering onto the man’s property and getting into his trash.
A Davenport woman said someone dumped pop bottles and other garbage in her driveway on the 34200 block of Highway 25.
A caller said they hit a deer on Highway 28 near milepost 99.
A welfare check was requested on a resident on the 400 block of Southeast Trinity Avenue in Wilbur.
An abandoned vehicle belonging to a man who had just been sent to prison was reported.

A caller from Sprague City Hall reported a hit-and-run.
A caller reported a dispute between two men.
A caller said he hadn’t heard from his mother in 24 hours.
A caller said a white semitruck dangerously passed her on Highway 2.

A caller reported a two-vehicle crash in the Reardan area.
A caller reported someone shooting a bow and arrow in a trailer park.
A man said his dog locked his keys in his car.
A Wilbur woman reported a small pickup truck violating traffic rules.

A Davenport woman called asking to speak to her sister.
A caller said he was rear-ended by a possibly intoxicated driver.
Feb. 13
Traffic stops: 14
A caller reported a white truck with poor lane travel.
Spokane County called to report a woman they had arrested for driving under the influence that had a warrant out of Lincoln County.
An Odessa woman said her neighbor was putting poles up in his property on Division Street even though they had an ongoing property dispute that the town hadn’t resolved through a survey yet.
A Wilbur woman reported a youth lurking about the 500 block of Southeast Pope Avenue.

Dixie Val Kane, 40, Spokane. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of allowing an unauthorized person to drive.
Feb. 9
Frank Edward Brown, 58, Electric City. Department of Corrections detainer.
Feb. 12
Don Ray Palmanteer, 40, Spokane. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of driving under the influence.
Feb. 13
Stacy Arnold Moccasin, 50, Airway Heights. Booked by LCSO on an outstanding warrant after being arrested in Spokane County on a charge of driving under the influence.
