Easy to prepare and ready in under an hour, this soup will take the chill off any late winter or early spring day.
Ultimate Potato Soup
6 cups peeled, diced potato
3 stalks celery, diced
1 cup chopped onion
3 can (14.5 ounces each) chicken broth
4 cups half and half
6 Tbsp butter, melted
6 Tbsp all-purpose flour
