March 21

Traffic stops: 12

An abandoned vehicle was reported on Lauer Road one mile south of Highway 28 near Odessa.

A Davenport man said his neighbor’s aggressive dog was out again and on his property on the 1400 block of Jefferson Street.

A Davenport woman said a man dropped off several strange items for her and her daughter at her office at Davenport High School.

A Wilbur man reported an abandoned vehicle across the street from his residence behind the local library.

A Davenport man said a blue Audi passed him on the right while speeding down Highway 2 from Bennett Road toward Reardan.

A Wilbur man reported a vehicle off the road in a pond near Highway 2 at milepost 241.

A Davenport man said a silver SUV pulled up to his field, where occupants got out of the car, placed a can into the field, shot 10 rounds into the can then got back into the car and headed east toward Reardan from the residence on the 40800 block of Highway 2.

A caller reported a possible no-contact order violation in the Sobek Road area in Edwall.

March 22

Traffic stops: 7

A courtesy ride was given to a woman to Trader’s in Davenport so she could buy gas for her car.

Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said one of their off-duty officers saw a disabled vehicle on Highway 231 north of Fisher Road.

A prison inmate was held in Lincoln County while being transported from Walla Walla to Spokane.

A 911 hangup call came from a residence on the 400 block of West Spokane Avenue in Reardan.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 500 block of Morgan Street in Davenport.

An expired registered vehicle was reported at an address on the 200 block of Northwest Cliff Street in Wilbur.

An Almira man reported a fire at his father’s house off Corbett Draw Road.

A Davenport man said his boat broke down and couldn’t find anyone to help him tow the boat back to the dock. He said he was near the Fort Spokane bridge toward Porcupine Bay.

A Creston woman said she could hear people fighting near the local school, with one person saying “don’t pull out a gun. I will fight you man to man.”

March 23

Traffic stops: 3

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Eastern State Hospital.

A vehicle was reported off a roadway near Harrington.

A Davenport man said several students hadn’t come back to school in Creston for a week.

A Wilbur woman said her neighbors two houses down the street on the 400 block of Northwest Delilah Avenue had two dogs that barked day and night.

A local man said he was scammed online.

A Porcupine Bay man said his neighbor was recklessly burning plastic and garbage with frequency.

A caller said a dog was hit by a car outside the Creston Post Office.

A man said the woman he was in a house with wouldn’t give him his car keys so he could leave the residence.

Theft was reported.

A caller reported a vehicle stuck on Alexander Road outside Reardan.

A Ford woman said her boyfriend was keeping her from leaving their residence.

March 25

An Elk man said he was attacked by a dog when he stopped outside a residence on the 36500 block of Highway 231 due to car troubles.

A weapons incident was reported in Odessa.

A lost animal was reported on the 34200 block of Redwine Canyon Road outside Creston.

A Reardan woman reported hit-and-run property damage on the 300 block of North Aspen Street.

Colville Tribal Police asked to meet at Four Corners Gas Station in Grand Coulee to discuss a wanted person.

A woman requested a deputy drive-by in Wilbur.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence westbound on Highway 2 from Reardan.

Traffic stops: 21

A traffic offense was reported on the 300 block of West Main Avenue in Wilbur.

A Wilbur man said the owners of Billy Burger were recording his wife with their phones at his home on the 400 block of Northeast Cliff Avenue after his wife wrote a bad review about the restaurant’s fries.

A Wilbur woman said she was almost attacked by her neighbor’s dog, who had just called the Sheriff’s Office complaining about illegal recording.

Spokane Tribal Police requested assistance with a detainee.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence westbound on Highway 2 from Reardan.

A front door burglary alarm was reported going off in Davenport.

A Davenport man reported an intoxicated man hanging out.

A Davenport woman reported a lost pitbull near Highway 2 and Sterett Road.

A 911 hangup call came from a Reardan residence.

A suspicious PT Cruiser was reported in a Davenport alleyway.

A 79-year-old male requested assistance after suffering a short fall.

A Spokane man reported a GMC Envoy swerving all over the roadway on Highway eastbound at milepost 235.

A courtesy ride was given to a subject from Reardan to Spokane.

A Harrington man said a four-door sedan nearly hit the pumps in the city before heading north on Highway 28.

An Almira man said someone kept calling him and threatening to come to his house and beat him up.

A Creston man said a little Toyota had been driving up and down his road before parking behind his shop on the 200 block of South First Street every night.

A caller found two lost dogs on Highway 28 outside Harrington.

March 27

Traffic stops: 11

A caller reported vandalism at her home on the 800 block of Fourth Street in Davenport.

A Davenport man said his neighbor’s dog knocked part of his fence down on the 900 block of 14th Street.

A Cheney woman said she thought a deputy presence might be needed at the Sprague Motel and RV Park.

A Davenport man reported a pickup with a camper on the back suspiciously parked on the 37500 block of Mayberry Road East.

An Arlington woman reported a possible driver under the influence westbound on Highway 2 at milepost 241.

A Reardan man reported an abandoned vehicle sitting in the middle of North Carstens Road just off Highway 2.

A Davenport man said he heard a large collision outside his residence on the 38500 block of Highway 25 North.

A Medical Lake man reported a van off the road on Highway 2 near the Inland Northwest Rail Museum.

An Okanogan woman reported “a ton of rocks” in the roadway on Highway 25 just north of Porcupine Bay Road.

Criminal docket-March 22

Nicole Jane Drake of Spokane, who is charged with residential burglary and driving without a license, entered a not-guilty plea and had her bail reduced to $2,500. A readiness hearing was set for April 19 and a jury trial was set for May 11.

William B. Hart, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, third-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock device violation, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for May 10 and a jury trial was set for June 8.

Joel Terry Bourne, who is charged with residential burglary, had his case continued to April 5 with a possible resolution in sight.

Blake Jacob Culp, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, was given a no-contact order with co-defendant Tammara Michelle Perrin. A readiness hearing was set for May 10 and a jury trial was set for June 8.

Gregory Wayne Devin, who is charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm with a previous conviction, was arrested in Stevens County and failed to appear for a motion hearing to amend information in Lincoln County. A warrant was issued for his arrest and bail was set at $20,000.

Bruce Paul Havens, who is charged with second-degree burglary, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for May 10 and a jury trial was set for June 8.

Michael Scott Maloney, who is charged with second-degree rape, waived his right to a speedy trial and changed his attorney. A readiness hearing was set for May 10 and a jury trial was set for June 8.

Loren Randall Bolsoy, who is charged with second-degree rape and harassment with the threat to kill or cause bodily injury, waived his right to a speedy trial with a medical-dependent, possible resolution in sight. A readiness hearing was set for May 10 and a jury trial was set for June 8.
