Commissioners approve capital facilities plan

DAVENPORT—The county commissioners passed a resolution adopting the Lincoln County capital facilities plan Monday. The plan lists projects that are needed and what funding will be required to achieve those projects, which include improvements at the courthouse, fairgrounds and jail.

The first need listed included updating the kitchen in the jail. Cabinets would be replaced, and the dishwasher would be updated. This would cost $15,000 and be completed this year.
