Dean Lance Reihs, 64, passed away on May 5th 2022. Dean was born on November 12th, 1957 in Spokane, Washington to Henry J. Reihs and Eleanor M. Reihs.
Dean lived in Odessa until his move to N. Seattle. He returned to Odessa in 2021. Dean graduated from Odessa High School and later attended Spokane Community College for the Auto body/Collision and Repair Technology Technician course. Dean worked for Puget Sound Energy in the Seattle area.
Dean was an esophagus cancer survivor for over 10 years. He won a baby contest when he was a baby. He loved cars and fixing up cars. He had a unique quirky and funny personality. He truly enjoyed the outdoors. He loved being out in the trees and beauty of the Pacific Northwest and was at peace there.
Dean is preceded in death by his parents, Hank and Eleanor Reihs. His surviving siblings are Sandi (Reihs) Marshall (Tom), Rick Reihs (Francine), Jay Reihs, Shawn Reihs-Stubbs (Dave). Other surviving family members are; Aunt Susan Miller, cousins Ronnie Irvin(Michelle) Tom Irvin, Scott Mielcarek (Debbie), Pam M Kidder (Fred) and many nieces and nephews’.
Memorials may be made to Plant A Tree in Dean’s name at A Living Tribute, U.S. National Forest Friends, Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National forest, Washington State, or make a memorial donation to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Washington State chapter.
