A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported on Highway 25 at milepost 8.
A Davenport man said a man and dog were in a broken-down Dodge pickup at the Lincoln County Transfer Station and needed assistance.
A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Lincoln Hospital for COVID-19 test before being shuttled to Thurston County.
A caller said her horse laid down to roll over, fell into a hole and couldn’t get back up.
Blown tire debris was reported on Jack Brown Road near Sprague Highway Road.
An Odessa man on the 200 block of East Railroad Avenue said someone left him a voicemail claiming he was in criminal trouble.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at the electrical plant on Highway 2 off Rocklyn Road.
An alarm was reported going off at Davenport Family Foods.
A Davenport woman reported a strong smell of ammonia coming from The McGregor Company.
A man said a truck was driving around in the tall grass on the west side of Magneson Butte north of Titchenal Road by winter wheat in Edwall.

Traffic stops: 17
Stowaway Storage in Davenport said one of its storage units off Sinclair Street had a lock broken off.
A woman said her husband violated their no-contact order by going near her house the day after the order was served.
A Spokane man said an ex-employee who was fired for stealing from a job site was seen driving around his current job site scoping the site out.
A Davenport woman said a woman woke her up by pounding on her door, throwing a pan toward her and throwing a bag of fries in her face.
A local man requested deputy contact about an ongoing issue with a former employee.
A Davenport woman said two people were arguing two houses down from her residence on the 200 block of Marshall Street.
A woman said her brother, who had just been released from Lincoln County Jail, needed an ambulance to take him to the hospital.
A Davenport woman said her son received threats from a boy and man in town.
A Reardan woman repeatedly called 911 and each time said it was her phone calling without her permission.
A Davenport woman requested a welfare check on her friend, who she said is extremely sick and hadn’t made contact in over 24 hours.
A caller reported a driver under the influence on Highway 174 at milepost 33.

A Davenport woman said her ex-husband was violating a restraining order by selling a kayak, motorcycle and mirrors on Craigslist.
A Davenport man reported an abandoned vehicle on Miles Road at Highway 25.
A 911 hangup call came from a residence on the 38500 block of Highway 25 North.
A jail inmate was transported to Lincoln County from Spokane County.
A woman said her husband and another woman were trying to harass her and planted people on her roof and under house. The caller said she was parked outside her house in her car hoping to catch the people on her camera.
Wilbur Town Hall said there was an attempted burglary on the side door of Town Hall.
A man said he locked his keys in his car at Trader’s in Davenport.
A girl said her father took the keys out of their vehicle and left her, her mother and 12-year-old brother behind while walking to the gas station in Sprague.
A Spokane man said he returned to his parked car at the Porcupine Bay boat launch to find someone had damaged it by backing into it.
A man said his neighbor was leaving his dog chained outside from morning to night with no food or water.
A woman said she was outside having a cigarette with her grandchildren when two men came out of a neighboring apartment yelling and cussing at her.
A red pickup with flashers on was reported on the 35000 block of Miles-Creston Road.
A shop alarm was reported going off at a residence in Davenport.

A suspicious person was reported at the county gravel pits.

A green van with bad lane travel was reported westbound on Highway 2 from milepost 257.
A caller said he was having problems with his neighbors.
A woman reported a burglary at Goose Creek RV Park in Wilbur.
A caller from the Reardan Clinic requested a welfare check on a woman who he felt received inadequate treatment for a fractured arm.
A caller reported an abandoned vehicle on the 300 block of West Fourth Street in Sprague.
A stranded motorist was reported on Highway 2 a mile west of Reardan.
A caller reported a possible driver under the influence southbound on Highway 25 from Olson Hills Road.
A fire was reported in Odessa.
A Davenport man said he was nearly struck by a reckless driver while running on Jantz Road East.
A Davenport man requested a tow truck for his Ford that crashed on Highway 25 near Hart Road.

A Wilbur woman said her game cameras at her other property on the 27700 block of Kiner Road picked up a tan minivan spotlighting.
Three cows were reported in the roadway heading south toward Harrington.
An Odessa man said someone parked a blue sedan in the tall grass next to a vacant lot near his house on the 700 block of East Amende Drive.
An injured deer was reported in Wilbur near the local car wash.
A Davenport said he needed to report possible future conflict with his brother over his father’s family estate.
A man said he accidentally locked himself out of his work truck in the Safeway parking lot.
A Davenport man requested additional patrols near Seventh and Maxwell Streets due to multiple four-wheelers dangerously racing.
Stevens County transferred a call from a man reporting a truck parked in the roadway on Highway 231 at milepost 44.
A disabled vehicle and trailer was reported on Highway 2 at Ziemer Road.
An Odessa woman said she was worried about her neighbor’s dog.
An illegal fire was reported at Lake Roosevelt.

Kendra Marie Tonasket, Spokane, making a false statement to a public servant and third-degree driving with a suspended license. Second charge dismissed. Sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.
