A caller said someone jumped out of their truck and in front of his truck and started yelling next to Davenport Middle School.
A caller reported two people under his house in a crawl space.
Multiple 911 calls came from a number that said an unwanted person was at her house.
A Spokane man said he hit a deer a mile west of Telford Rest Area.
A Spokane Valley man said a silver Ford was recklessly pulling a cargo trailer westbound on Highway 2 from Telford Rest Area.
A Davenport woman said a train was blocking all north-to-south roads in Reardan and preventing her from leaving town to go to the airport.

A Harrington woman said her daughter stole and used her credit card.
A Sprague woman said a woman flashed a gun at a patron of the Sprague Motel.
A Davenport woman reported speeding drivers near her home in Deer Meadows.
A Sprague woman said she was missing her pitbull.
A caller reported a Chevy with excessive lane travel westbound on Highway 2 from Airway Heights.
A Reardan man said his credit card company told him someone applied for a credit card using his information.
A caller said a drunk man was walking around Telford Rest Area and banging on car windows.
A Reardan man said he heard screaming and yelling on the 51500 block of Devil’s Gap Road.
A Davenport woman reported a white Silverado cutting cars off and passing cars in city limits.
A Creston man said he struck and killed a dog with his car in Wilbur.
A caller from Lincoln Hospital said the hospital was about to discharge a child that had been attacked earlier that day.

A Wilbur man said a vehicle had been “circling” his car as he exited town toward Davenport.
A Davenport woman said she saw a cougar near Third Street and Fitness Lane sitting on a haystack.
A Sprague woman reported the sudden death of a 91-year-old female.
A husband and wife arguing was reported on the 400 block of Southeast Trinity Avenue in Wilbur.
A blocking vehicle with a missing front tire was reported on Miles Road by Lake Roosevelt.
A Wilbur woman reported a young child driving a small, motorized bike on Cole Avenue.
A caller said she gave her debit card and pin number to a man to go to the store and buy her cigarettes and he took $600 out of her account.
A Reardan woman said she invited a woman to live on her property on the 50800 block of Whispering Pines Drive in exchange for helping around the house, but she wasn’t helping and wouldn’t leave.
An Odessa man said his neighbor was leaving things in front of his driveway on the 400 block of South Alder Street and getting too close to his “No Trespassing” signs.
A Davenport woman said her neighbors tried to steal her dog and did steal water and food bowls.
A caller reported a suspicious car with blankets over the window at the gazebo in Lincoln.
A Wilbur woman said she wanted a deputy to patrol Cole Avenue looking for a car speeding up and down the road over 50 mph.
A caller said he was hearing voices and thought people were digging under his house.

A 49-year-old man having seizures was reported in Odessa.
A Harrington man said a pitbull was lost outside his house on the 100 block of West Adams Street.
An Odessa man said a pitbull was loose near the 400 block of East Marjorie Avenue.
A caller reported a possible driver under the influence westbound on Highway 2 from Telford Rest Area.

A Harrington man said people took boxes off a porch in Reardan.
A traffic complaint was made on Crescent and Oehlschlaeger Roads north of Reardan.
A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Lincoln Hospital after saying she used fentanyl pills.
A caller reported a transient person in the U.S. Bank parking lot in Reardan.
A Cheney woman reported an Isuzu with poor lane traffic.
A Sprague woman reported a suspicious vehicle with out-of-state plates.
A Tekoa man said someone moved a no-campfire sign and lit a campfire at Lake Roosevelt.
A caller said she got in a car crash in front of Rickey’s Corner Market in Davenport.
A caller said a man showed up at the Eight Bar B Motel in Wilbur without a card on file to pay for a room and took a coffee cup from an employee-only area.
A stolen pickup truck was reported.
A Reardan woman said she was behind a possible driver under the influence westbound on Highway 2 from Virgil Road.
Securitas Bank Security said they lost communication with Key West Bank in Wilbur.

A caller said her neighbor was playing music that woke up her son “who has issues.”
Yakima Police said they found a 22-year-old male that had overdosed in a motel there that lived at Lakeview Terrace Mobile Home Park in Grand Coulee.
A caller reported three ponies in his yard eating his grass.
An Odessa woman said someone was possibly camping on her property south of her house on the 400 block of East Fourth Avenue.
An Edwall woman reported a man and woman walking back and forth on railroad tracks.
A Davenport man said there were kids on go-karts driving up and down Seventh Street that he “can’t see because they are so damn quick.”
A Davenport man reported a Ford Focus driving 95 mph with poor lane travel.
A Davenport woman said they saw a driver in a white pickup truck stop and talk to a 12-year-old girl and ask her questions on the 300 block of South Fourth Street in Harrington.
An Edwall man reported a suspicious pickup on Wollweber Road near his property with a driver that said he was hunting for coyotes at night with infrared.

A caller said she had been trying to separate her dog from her neighbor’s dog for an hour.
An Almira woman said her neighbor’s dogs had been outside barking all night.
A Davenport man reported a wounded deer on Highway 28 between milepost 120 and 121.
A sudden death was reported on Evans Road in Almira.
A Davenport woman said a large dog appeared in her yard on the 300 block of Logan Street.
An Odessa woman said a man in his 40’s with a skate park was watching children play at City Park in Davenport.
A caller reported a lost dog on Harrington-Tokio Road near the Crab Creek recreation area.
A caller said his wife locked both her car keys inside her Subaru Forester.
A Lincoln woman said someone got out of his car and shot a deer on her neighbor’s property.
A Davenport woman reported a motorcycle flying at 120 mph eastbound on Highway 28 from Bluestem Road.
A Ritzville man said he found a door open with several needles on the ground at the Wilkie Extension Farm on the east end of Davenport.
A Davenport man reported a suspicious vehicle on Denny Station Road.
A caller said she heard yelling on the phone from a Merriam Street address.
A Davenport woman said it sounded like the fire alarm was going off in the neighboring apartment on Ross Street.
A caller said she was cleaning her bedroom and found a Mazda key fob that didn’t belong to her.

Jonathon Jacob Anderson, 46, Grand Coulee. Arrested by LCSO on charges of first-degree criminal trespassing and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Criminal docket-Sept. 27
Cody James Magruder, who has two criminal filings against him and in the first is charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 25 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 16. Bail remains at $10,000.
In Magruder’s other case, where he is charged with first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, two count of second-degree assault, two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, two counts of custodial assault, first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree escape, first-degree malicious mischief and conspiracy to commit first degree malicious mischief, the trial was continued to Oct. 4. Bail remains at $500,000.
Damion Michael Pegram, who carries the same charges as Magruder’s second case, had his trial continued to Oct. 4. Bail was set at $500,000.
Stuart Jay Foley, who is charged with a protection order violation, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 25 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 16. Bail remains at $5,000.
Rodney Dean Denley, who is charged with second-degree theft, third-degree malicious mischief and disturbing a survey monument, had a motion in support of a bill of particulars denied. The state’s motion to subpoena a witness for deposition was granted.
Victor D. Schwartz, who is charged with second-degree burglary and motor vehicle theft, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Nov. 15 and a jury trial was set for Dec. 7.
Dustin Wesley Monen, who is charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.
Charlene Alberta Patenaude, who is charged with second-degree assault, displaying weapons capable of producing harm and third-degree malicious mischief, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Nov. 15 and a jury trial was set for Dec. 7.
Zachary L. Zittel, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence, having a loaded pistol in a vehicle and obstructing law enforcement, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Nov. 15 and a jury trial was set for Dec. 7.
