Oct. 10

Traffic stops: 1

A Davenport woman from Safeway Apartments said she heard a child crying and saying she was molested by her mom, but the child in question was an infant who didn’t make such statements, and, in fact, couldn’t speak at all.

A Davenport woman said she heard a semitruck on her road on the 41200 block of Spinning Road East around 2:45 a.m.

A Wilbur woman said a dog was constantly barking at the intersection of Bell Street and Wagner Lake Road.

Reardan Police requested a case number for a juvenile problem information report.

An aluminum pole in the roadway was reported on Highway 2 by the transfer station.

A man reported a dog not on a leash at a baseball field.

Oct. 11

Traffic stops: 4

A Reardan woman said two cars crashed in front of her house on the 35200 block of Highway 231 North, but then a man came on the phone and said there were no vehicles and hung up.

A disabled vehicle was reported in front of the R Store in Reardan.

A Sprague woman said she had a no-contact order against a Cheney man and wanted to extend it to her son.

A caller said her vehicle was stolen and her niece was missing.

A Creston woman reported cars, dump trucks and school buses speeding down Copenhaver Road from Miles-Creston Road.

A caller said he and his neighbors had fuel stolen from their vehicles on the 400 block of West Fifth Street in Sprague.

A semitruck was reported off a roadway.

Oct. 12

Traffic stops: 3

A Sprague man said he heard a loud pound on his front door then heard another loud pound on his window on the 200 block of Highway 23 North.

An Odessa man said his 62-year-old roommate died on the 200 block of West Second Avenue.

A caller said she noticed a red truck driving around a property she put up for sale.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Sprinkle Road near the Inland Northwest Rail Museum, but the occupant was simply a woman wearing a Lincoln Hospital R.N. badge taking a nap.

A person was trespassed from a residence on the 400 block of North Lake Street in Reardan.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dogs were running loose on Marshall Street.

A caller from Wilbur Town Hall said one of their well houses was broken into.

School administration in Lamont said a 13-year-old girl told him she had a sexual encounter with an 18-year-old woman and another girl a couple weeks ago.

A Wilbur man reported a black Toyota parked in the 300 block of East Main Street for three days.

A Wilbur woman said a man in a black Honda sped into Goose Creek RV Park, did a burn-out and sped off.

A caller reported two people driving dirt bikes recklessly near Eighth and Main Streets in Davenport.

A Grand Coulee man said he could hear a child outside of a trailer at Lakeview Terrace crying uncontrollably and a woman yelling “I hate you.”

A runaway youth was reported.

Oct. 13

Traffic stops: 3

An Almira man said his neighbors were playing loud music on the 200 block of North Sixth Street.

A commercial alarm was reported going off at Rickey’s Corner Market in Davenport.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on Miles-Creston Road.

A large battery was found at the gas pumps in Reardan.

A homeless person that didn’t have a permit to be homeless was reported in Odessa.

A caller reported a man punching a dog.

A Davenport woman reported a disabled vehicle in the southbound lane of Highway 25 near Egypt.

A Davenport woman reported three youths driving dirt bikes up and down the road along city alleyways.

A caller from Creston Ambulance said a patient left a cloth bag on a shelf in the ambulance full of marijuana and possibly meth.

Oct. 14

Traffic stops: 6

A car crash was reported on Broadway Avenue and Maple Street in Reardan.

A Sprague man said he heard gunshots downtown.

An Almira man said a woman was driving around town erratically while transporting a sex offender and yelling at kids.

A problem with a troublesome youth was reported at Reardan High School.

A Cheney woman said she was in the process of divorcing her husband and was threatened.

Spokane Tribal Police reported a pickup truck speeding 86 mph down Highway 231 that ran from a traffic stop.

A Wilbur woman reported a possible driver under the influence westbound on Highway 2 from Reardan.

A WSDOT employee reported garbage and debris in the roadway eastbound on Highway 2 near Creston.

A caller reported a red SUV with bad lane travel near Telford Rest Area.

A Davenport man said he almost hit a teenager who was riding a dirt bike on Eighth and Main Streets with his car.

Oct. 15

Traffic stops: 5

A disabled vehicle was reported north of Wagner Farm Road south of Reardan.

A Davenport woman said an alarm seemed to be going off

on the 500 block of Maxwell Street.

A Spokane Tribal officer said she locked herself out of her patrol vehicle on the 300 block of Northeast Spokane Street in Wilbur.

A caller said his new neighbors had been gone for a few days and their dog had been outside the whole time barking.

A caller said people were hunting on his property without permission near the intersection of Devore Road and Holderby Road northeast of Davenport.

A caller reported a dangerously driven semitruck on Highway 2 eastbound from milepost 257.

A Ford woman said for the last few days she’d been observing a malnourished dog running on Highway 231 as it entered the canyon north of Reardan.

A Davenport woman said her mom’s landlord stole a debit card and used it on eBay.

A Davenport woman reported a possibly abandoned dog in a stock trailer barking throughout the day on Miles-Creston Road.

Multiple people reported people in a street with nunchucks.

A caller reported someone flashing cars with a flashlight on Highway 2 near the transfer station.

A Grand Coulee woman said she was told by a man that he was “going to make her disappear.”

A Sprague woman said someone called her saying they got her number from “Lost and Found Pets.”

A Davenport man said he saw a vehicle in a ditch on Highway 25 near Chase Road.

A Reardan man said his landlords gave him a ride into town and he got into an altercation with them.

A Davenport woman said a man at her residence on Partridge Lane to sign papers was intoxicated on marijuana and alcohol and was becoming belligerent.

Jesse Paul Bohn, 41, Enumclaw. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of first-degree rape of a child.

Oct. 13

Pierre Walker, 53, Spokane. Arrested by the Reardan Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.

Erik Norman Skau, 42, Yelm. Originally arrested by LCSO on a charge of firearm theft.

Oct. 15

Ivan Petrovich Malko, 30, Otis Orchards. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Ethan Robert Mellick, 19, Davenport. Originally arrested by LCSO on a charge of fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Criminal court-Oct. 13

Summer Kaye Waters, Wilbur, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 10 days in jail and a $3,400 fine.

Tricia Ann Brown, Kennewick, third-degree theft. Sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 15 days served, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Christopher E. Farrell, Spokane Valley, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $250 fine.

Michael Edward Johnson, Medical Lake, third-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed) and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service, a $200 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Juan Guzman Alvarez, Brewster, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-Oct. 11

Michelle Leigh Hopkins, who was convicted of first-degree computer trespassing, was found in violation of her electronic home monitoring program by making two unauthorized stops at STCU in Airway Heights and Pete’s Garage in Spokane but was given one chance by the court to comply with the program before being booked into jail.

Jesse Paul Bohn, who is charged with first-degree rape of a child for allegedly having sex with his five-year-old daughter in Odessa in late 2019, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 31 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 22. Bohn was given a no-contact order with his daughter, was booked and released in Lincoln County Jail and was told to live at his home in Enumclaw while awaiting trial.

Masonn Hunter Marsh, who is charged with second-degree perjury and making a false statement to a public servant, called ready for trial beginning Nov. 2 with a possible settlement in District Court.

Adrian Michael Fuentes, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Kendra Marie Tonasket, who is charged with two counts of second-degree identity theft and two counts of third-degree theft, has a possible resolution but still has a trial set to begin Nov. 2.

Cody James Magruder, who has 13 criminal charges against him, filed a motion to disqualify presiding judge Steve Dixon of Adams County from presiding over the trial.

Damion Michael Pegram, who carries the same charges as Magruder, similarly filed a motion to disqualify presiding judge Dixon from presiding over his trial.
