FOR THE VACATION

OF A PORTION OF SINCLAIR

STREET FOR THE PURPOSE

OF ACCESS TO A PROPOSED

RESIDENCE IN THE

CITY OF DAVENPORT.

SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION

This ordinance vacates that portion

of City Right of Way known

as the south (20’) of the eighty

(80’) foot ROW of Sinclair Street

located between 10th Street and

11th Street limited to the frontage

of Lots 2-5, Block 61, Essig’s

Addition to the City of Davenport,

Lincoln County, Washington.
