first publication of this Amended

Order, to wit, sixty (60) days

or more after the 11th day of

The object of this action is to

one to require supplemental

proceedings for an order directing

the Judgment Debtor

and Defendant, STEVEN P.

HOLDERBY, to appear and

testify under oath concerning

the extent and whereabouts

of his non-exempt property

detailed in the filed Motion for

Supplemental Proceedings,

which may be used to satisfy the

outstanding restitution judgment

in this action.
