A caller said her one-year-old child was blue in the face.
Lincoln County District Court requested deputy assistance taking a man into custody for driving under the influence.
A Davenport woman reported a dog walking down Orchard Road near Porcupine Bay Road.
A caller reported a car high-centered in the ditch halfway down the grade on Hawk Creek Road.
A Davenport man said two dogs were acting aggressively toward his children at Cottonwood Apartments.
A Davenport man reported a baby seizing.
Reardan Police requested a case be started for a youth providing tobacco to minors.
An abandoned Ford Ranger on its side was reported on Sobek Road by Waukon.
A Reardan woman said her 28-year-old son was drunk and belligerent.
A possible domestic violence situation was reported in Lincoln County that originally began in Ephrata.
A car stuck in the road on Miles-Creston Road was reported.
A Davenport woman said her 15-year-old brother was out of control and being assaultive toward her parents.

A Reardan man said his girlfriend and her children saw fresh tracks in the snow around their home.
A Creston man reported a gray Subaru blocking Highway 2 eastbound a half mile east of Reardan.
A Coulee Dam woman reported a Dodge Caravan with poor lane travel eastbound on Highway 2 at milepost 249.
Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to Lincoln Hospital for a checkup prior to being shuttled to prison.
A Creston man said someone hacked his Instagram account and sent nude photos of himself to everyone he knows.
A Wilbur woman said a car slid off the roadway at the local golf course.
A caller reported a train parked for 30 minutes blocking the main intersection in Wilbur.
A Reardan man said a man was drunk “again” and making threats to hurt himself or others.

Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were shuttled to the Department of Corrections in Airway Heights.
An Odessa man reported a semitruck speeding down Davis Road near the Adams County line.
A Wilbur man said his wife’s cousin made a wrong turn onto the unplowed portion of Bachelor Prairie Road and got stuck 100 yards down the street.
A man said his car was hit by another vehicle on Highway 25 1.5 miles north of Davenport.
A man said a cow and four goats were in a steel container with no food on the 39600 block of Teel Flat Lane north of Davenport.
A snowmobile vs. truck crash was reported.
A caller asked law enforcement to look for a blue pickup truck with a woman inside that “steals names.”

An Almira man said he heard what sounded like physical fighting at his neighbor’s house.
Malicious mischief was reported in Reardan on Railroad Avenue.
A person requested information regarding a past theft at Napa Auto Parts in Davenport.
A Davenport woman said the dog that had been hanging around her house was back again after being taken to the pound a few days prior.
A Canada woman said someone tried to impersonate her online and sell land she owned southwest of Davenport.
A Davenport woman reported possible animal neglect by her neighbors.
A caller reported 80-year-old woman with swollen legs.

Traffic stops: 1
A Davenport woman said her 16-year-old daughter was on probation and refusing to return to her residence.
A caller reported a Suburban pulling a car trailer that overheated on Green Canyon Road near Mill Canyon northeast of Davenport.
Multiple callers reported a disabled Ford stuck in the snow on Highway 174 at milepost 40.
A caller said she saw a 60-pound pig standing on Hawk Creek Road near where the road turns from asphalt to gravel.
State Patrol said they received several reports of a white pickup truck that slid into the ditch off Roby Road at Highway 2 west of Creston.
A possible driver under the influence was reported at Telford Rest Area.
A caller said there were a large group of men in her house sleeping in her bed.
A Grand Coulee woman reported a trailer home on fire at Lakeview Terrace.

Traffic stops: 3
ADT reported a residential burglary alarm going off at a residence on the 4400 block of Highway 21 in Odessa.
A Harrington woman said she swerved into the ditch on the corner of Davis and Batum Roads southwest of Odessa after dogs ran out of a house in front of a car.
A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 2 and Virgils Road.
A caller requested help retrieving her keys from her running truck at Lincoln Hospital in Davenport.
State Patrol requested assistance with a one-vehicle slideoff crash.
A welfare check was requested on a person at Lake Valley Loop and Jack Brown Road near Fishtrap.

Tammara Michelle Perrin, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived her right to a speedy trial and was granted a motion allowing additional funds for GT Investigations. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 17 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 15.
Blake Jacob Culp, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 17 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 15.
Colton Kenneth Jacobsen, who is charged with two counts of first-degree big game hunting, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 31 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 22. Eight names were given to the court to testify at Jacobsen’s trial.
Andrew Christopher Nilles, who is charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief, had an argument on a motion to suppress waived by the state. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 31 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 22. Four names were given to the court to testify at Nilles’ trial.
Rodney Dean Denley, who is charged with second-degree theft, third-degree malicious mischief and disturbing a survey monument, called ready to begin his trial Jan. 11.
Adrian Michael Fuentes, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, failed to appear for a status hearing and reportedly told his attorney he was sick. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $2,500.
Dustin Wesley Monen, who is charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault, will have his case remanded in District Court.
Harley Lance Burns, who is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and fourth-degree assault, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 31 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 22.
Jamie Rashel Kazinsky, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, may have a plea agreement in place. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 31.
Jonathan Jacob Anderson, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 31 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 22.
Dan William Hino, who is charged with residential burglary, first-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief, may have a plea agreement in place. A readiness hearing was set for Feb. 21.
Miranda Rachelle Carolus, who is charged with residential burglary, motor vehicle theft, two counts of second-degree theft and second-degree identity theft, waived her right to a speedy trial and was released on personal recognizance. A readiness hearing was set for Feb. 21 and a jury trial was set for March 15.
Ashley Anne High, who is charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $10,000. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 17 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 15.
