NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the Board of Lincoln County

Commissioners will conduct a

public hearing regarding an application

by Ramona Martin and

Joni Wishaar to classify certain

real property as open space/

timber land for current use classification

pursuant to RCW 84.34.

Said application involves certain

parcels of land located as

follows: Portions of Section

19; Section 20, Section 29 and

Section 30, in Township 28N,

Range 34 EWM, Parcel Nos.

2834-019-500200, 2834-020-

500200, 2834-029-900020 and

2834-030-500040.

The hearing will be held in the

Commissioners’ chambers on

the lower level of the Lincoln

County Courthouse, 450 Logan

Street, Davenport, Washington

on Monday, February 6, 2023

at 9:15 a.m.
