A Reardan man reported a dog running loose around his house.
A Reardan woman said her son’s car broke down and was broken into about four miles north of town on Highway 231.
A caller said his grandma had a knife in her hand and threatened to kill him.
A caller reported one female and two males stealing groceries and alcohol.

Traffic stops: 3
A caller reported a blue sedan speeding over 100 mph about five miles away from Davenport.
A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported.
A possible domestic violence situation was reported in east Reardan.
A caller asked for a civil standby at the home he was restrained from visiting.
Creston Town Hall employees said they’d received several complaints about vehicles speeding through downtown and ignoring crosswalks.
A caller said her mother stole her property while she and her husband were in the Tri-Cities for a custody dispute.
A Reardan man said he saw a man hiding in the yard behind his and watching people in his neighbor’s house.
A Wilbur man reported a motorhome stuck on a gravel road north of town.

Lincoln Hospital employees reported a woman being disruptive.
Another alarm was reported at Washington Federal Bank in Odessa.
A Wilbur woman reported a suspicious vehicle parked at the pump house on the local golf course.

A Davenport woman said her neighbors on Merriam Street owned two dogs that were “extremely skinny.”

A caller reported a possibly intoxicated man that wouldn’t leave his property.
A Lincoln County Public Works employee reported a suspicious vehicle on county roads near Odessa.
A town code violation was reported in Reardan.
A Harrington man said he was filling out some hulk slips on the 100 block of South First Street.
A transient person was reported outside the Speed Trap Tap House in Reardan.
A Spokane man reported a 61-year-old man overdosing on pills.
A caller said her neighbor may have torn off a “No Trespassing” sign on her gate and damaged it.
A Davenport woman said she saw a man in a strange costume choking a woman dressed like a school girl in a trailer near Safeway Apartments.

Traffic stops: 18
A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s kids stole and destroyed two light reflectors from her yard on the 1300 block of Maxwell Street.
A Sprague man said a suspicious vehicle pulled into his driveway on Sprague Lake Resort Road the night prior.
Adult Protective Services gave a referral for an address on the 700 block of West Second Street in Sprague.
A problem with a youth was reported at the school in Reardan.
A Davenport man said a resident at Safeway Apartments was receiving multiple complaints from other tenants about her behavior.
An Odessa woman said her phone was being tapped and people were hanging around outside her house.
A caller said his neighbor drove an implement truck through one of his fields.
A Creston woman said a man pushed her down on her porch on the 23200 block of Peterson Lane.
Spokane County requested a welfare check on a woman in a gray Silverado who asked the clerk at a gas station in Nine Mile Falls to call police.
A Chewelah woman said she slid off the roadway and into the ditch on Pine Tree Lane about a mile north of Redwine Canyon while on her way to meet a victim at the Lincoln RV Park for her Rural Resources advocacy program.
Two citizens requested assistance with a civil standby on the 400 block of Southeast Trinity Avenue in Wilbur.
A caller said she was hiding behind a tree and didn’t know where she was.
A caller requested a welfare check on his 13-year-old sister who he believed was at a friend’s house on Seventh Street in Davenport.
A possible driver under the influence leaving Davenport eastbound on Highway 2 was reported.

A 58-year-old man with sweats and chest pain was reported in Davenport.
An abandoned Nissan was reported on Harrington-Tokio Road near Crab Creek.
A West Richland man said he got into a fender-bender on Sterling Valley Road that morning.
A caller said two people were walking around his dead neighbor’s vacant house on the 300 block of West Third Street in Sprague.
A Grand Coulee man said he sank his truck into snow on Neal Canyon Road about 200 yards off Highway 174.
A Creston woman reported a dangerous traffic hazard on Highway 2 just west of Davenport.

Feb. 14
Bret Howard Bradley, 47, Harrington. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of first-degree perjury.
Feb. 18
Richard Clinton Acosta, 55, South Bend. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

Criminal court-Feb. 16
Eric Shane Laducer, Omak, driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to 185 days in jail with credit for 32 days served consecutive with another jail commitment, a $2,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.
Jonathan Lee Villaro, Davenport, displaying a weapon. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $1,000 fine.
Robert Wendell George, Omak, operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours community service, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.
Shawn Lee Taylor, Spokane, driving with suspended vehicle registration. Case dismissed.
Vine Dorian Brokenrope, Malott, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours community service and 12 months supervised probation.
Melquisedec A. Serrano, Medical Lake, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours community service, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.
Sergey V. Kostenyuk, Colbert, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Fined $850.
Kyle Lee Hoeg, Sacramento, driving under the influence amended to reckless driving. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, 12 months unsupervised probation and a $1,000 fine.
Richard Andrew Downing, Reardan, reckless driving amended to second-degree negligent driving and hit-and-run of unattended property. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours community service, a $150 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Hunter Hayden Hezekiah Haley legally changed their named to Hunter Hayden Hezekiah Acuff.

Criminal docket-Feb. 14
Bret Howard Bradley, who is charged with first-degree perjury, was ordered to be booked and released in Lincoln County Jail after being appointed a public defendant. A readiness hearing was set for March 14 and a jury trial was set for April 5.
Dustin Bill Miley was convicted of second-degree malicious mischief and was sentenced to 3.5 months of electronic home monitoring. Miley was ordered to pay $15,680 in restitution to Tom Robertson.
