OF VACATION OF STREET

AND OTHER PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the City Council of the City

of Davenport, Lincoln County,

Washington, will hold a public

hearing for the vacation of

Logan Street and two adjacent

parcels for the purpose of property

consolidation in the City of

Davenport.

The property is described as:

Logan Street from the easternly

Right of Way of First Street to

the westerly Right of Way line of

State Highway 25, and two small

parcels to the north, in Columbia

Addition, City of Davenport,

Lincoln County, Washington.

The Lincoln County Parcel

Number for the adjacent parcels

is #0302088001100.

The hearing will be at the Davenport

City Council Chambers,

411 Morgan Street, by the

Council of the City of Davenport,

Washington, at 7:05 P.M. on

Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

ANY PERSONS having questions,

objections or suggestions

concerning the vacation of said

properties shall appear and

present the same orally or in

writing.
