REQUESTS FOR SMALL

WORKS ROSTER

APPLICATIONS

The City of Davenport is accepting

applications for our Small

Works Roster in accordance

with RCW39.04.155. Applicants

must be licensed contractors in

the State of Washington.

When using the Small Works

Roster to award contracts in

the amount of $300,000 or less,

the city will invite proposals from

all appropriate contractors on

the Small Works Roster and

whenever possible, will invite

at least one proposal from a

minority or woman contractor

who otherwise qualifies. The

contract will be awarded to the

contractor submitting the lowest

responsible bid.

Contractors are encouraged

to apply with experience in the

following specialties but are not

limited to:

General Construction

Drywall Plumbing

Painting

Insulation

Electrical Concrete

Flat Work

Road Crack-Filling

Asphalt Patching Chip/Slurry

Sealing Sewer Main

Water Main Construction

Roofing Tree Care

HVAC

Landscaping

Fencing

Janitorial Services Signage

Applications must be submitted

on the form prepared by the

City of Davenport. Applications

are available at City Hall, 411

Morgan Street, and (509) 725-

4352. Questions concerning

the application may be directed

to City Hall.

This roster will be effective

April 1, 2023, through March

31, 2024.
