Nancy Gail Fiess was born on Nov. 25, 1935. On March 31, 2023 she was reunited with her husband of 39 years Norman R. Fiess, parents Harvey (Alma) Wagner, sister Sharon Sump, brother Larry Wagner, nephew Ed Hoff, and daughter Shari Bodeau. She will be missed dearly by her son Keith (Cheryl) Bodeau, daughters Joanne Mizell, Patti Costahaude, Beth (Crayton) Oestreich, brother in law Don Sump, nieces Heidi (Gary) Moncrief and family, Karen Wagner, Paula Hoff and family. She enjoyed 23 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild who all knew her better as “Kitty Grandma”.

Nancy was a woman of many talents; dental assistant, 4-H leader, floral design, master seamstress, and knitter to name a few. She was always happy to volunteer and share her talents where ever needed. Nancy lived life with zest and always had a song in her heart. She taught her children by example; always do your best, and do it with love.

We’d like to thank all of the caregivers who walked with Nancy and her family through this journey. Your caring hearts and hands truly touched us. We will be forever grateful. To honor her love for cats, we ask that you donate to your favorite animal shelter. A private burial service will be held at a later date.
