WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER

CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Deife, Inc. of Marlin,

WA, has made application for

change/transfer of water right

in order to change the point of

withdrawal, add a point of withdrawal,

and change/transfer the

place of use as granted under

Ground Water Certificate No.

G3-00528C.

That G3-00528C authorizes

the withdrawal of 2200 gallons

per minute, 1660-acre feet per

year, from March 1 to October

1, each year, for the irrigation of

450 acres.

That authorized point of withdrawal

is from one well located

within the NE¼ of Section 5, T.

23 N., R. 32 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use

is within Section 5; W½ of Section

4, LESS SE¼SW¼ of said

Section; T. 23 N., R. 32 E.W.M.;

and Section 32, T. 24 N., R. 32

E.W.M., ALL LESS roads and

rights of way.

That they propose to change the

points of withdrawal to two wells

located within 1) NW¼SE¼

(existing) and 2) SE¼, E½SW¼

or S½NE¼ (proposed) all within

Section 32, T. 24 N., R. 32

E.W.M.

That they propose to add Section

33, T. 24 N., R. 32 E.W.M.

to the place of use and maintain

the original place of use as stated

on the certificate.

All within Lincoln County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval

of this application must

include a detailed statement of

the basis for objections; protests

must be accompanied by a fifty-($

50.00) dollar recording fee

and filed with the Department of

Ecology, at the address shown

below, within thirty (30) days

from May 11, 2023
