REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

(RFP) LINCOLN COUNTY FIBER

MATERIALS PROCUREMENT

- NOTICE IS HEREBY

GIVEN by the Board of County

Commissioners of Lincoln County,

Washington that proposals

will be received until 12:00

P.M. Friday, June 16, 2023 at

one of the following locations:

Electronically to lcbroadband@

co.lincoln.wa.us OR Regular

Mail to PO Box 28, Davenport,

WA 99122-0028 OR in person/

Fed Ex to Office of the Board of

County Commissioners Clerk of

the Board’s Desk at 450 Logan

Street, County Courthouse,

Lower Level, Davenport, WA. It

shall be the submitter’s responsibility

to ensure that proposals

are delivered to the Board of

County Commissioners prior to

the deadline and receipted by the

Clerk of the Board. If sending by

mail, please identify proposals

on the outside of the envelope as

“Fiber Materials Procurement.”

The proposals will be opened

and publicly read aloud after

9:15 a.m. at the Commissioner’s

meeting scheduled on Tuesday,

June 20, 2023, for fiber materials

procurement.

Statement of Need (Scope):

This RFP is intended to solicit

proposals from vendors for fiber

materials needed for a Fiber-

To-The-Home build in Lincoln

County. For complete RFP or

The Board of Lincoln County

Commissioners reserves the

right to accept or reject any or

all proposals. Please be advised

that Lincoln County, being a

municipal corporation, is exempt

from Federal excise tax.

The County of Lincoln hereby

notifies all submitters that it

will affirmatively insure that in

any agreement entered into

pursuant to this advertisement,

minority business enterprises

will be afforded full opportunity

to submit proposals in response

to this invitation and will not be

discriminated for or against on

the grounds of race, color, sex or

national origin, in consideration

for an award. Small, minority

and woman-owned firms are

encouraged to submit proposals.

This project is funded with

America Rescue Plan Act, State

and Local Fiscal Recovery funds

(ARPA SLFRF) awarded to the

Washington State Broadband

Office by the U.S. Department

of the Treasury.
