Traffic stops: 10

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 229.

A Davenport man reported a 60-year-old man talking to his grandkids at City Park, claiming the person “looks like he has done time and (is) an old-time pervert.”

A caller said she locked her keys in her car at the Safeway in Davenport.

A caller said two women were yelling at each other at the Safeway Apartments in Davenport.

A Lakewood woman said she was having issues with her Odessa daughter.

A caller from Air Traffic Control in Seattle said one of their aircrafts was shined with a green laser near Seven Bays.

Traffic stops: 3

An Odessa man reported a man sleeping under a trailer near the local fire station.

A town code violation was reported on the 400 block of East Railroad Avenue in Reardan.

A Davenport woman reported trespassing on the 35200 block of Johns Rocky Way.

A town code violation was reported on the 200 block of South Cedar Street in Reardan.

A caller driving on Highway 2 said her baby wasn’t breathing.

A caller said she received two text messages claiming a resident was firing a gun in an area park.

A Marlin woman said she wanted to remove a renter she didn’t want on the property anymore.

A Davenport man reported suspicious activity at the Cottonwood Apartments.

A Sprague man said someone was illegally living in a camper on the property behind his and possessed a dog that barked 24/7 and was left in the camper at all hours.

A Wilbur woman said a game camera hidden in the local bus garage showed youths damaging a stolen vehicle.

Two loose horses were reported near the Telford Rest Area.

Papers were served at an address in Reardan.

A caller said she was concerned for the safety of an eight-year-old child.

A Spokane woman said her kayak was stolen from Hawk Creek Campground.

An Odessa man requested a civil standby at a local residence to retrieve his possessions after getting kicked out of the home.

A woman said her uncle’s ex-husband showed up at her house unexpectedly.

A caller said her landlord had been watching her and her boyfriend.

A Davenport man said a transient person came into the local Presbyterian Church asking for resources.

An Edwall woman said her 9-year-old daughter was assaulted on a school bus by a 15-year-old boy.

A caller said she could hear loud screaming noises in a local RV park.

State Patrol said a husband and wife pulled over on I-90 near milepost 249 to ask if someone could take their 15-year-old son away and deal with him.

A commercial alarm was reported going off in an office on the 400 block of Logan Street in Davenport.

A caller said she was being harassed by her distant neighbor.

A man was arrested for driving under the influence on I-90 near Sprague.

A caller reported youths speeding through a construction zone, almost hitting a flagger.

A Davenport man said he ordered checks and got confirmation they were delivered but didn’t receive them.

A Reardan woman reported a bad argument she had with her husband.

A Sprague woman said one of her neighbors was having a loud party after midnight on the 300 block of East Walnut Street.

An Almira woman pulled up to their Fifth Street address and pointed their headlights in the direction of their camera and block the camera so they could steal gas.

A Davenport man said he saw a man drive up to his house on the 37200 block of Cottonwood Creek Road and slowly drive by his boat.

A Davenport woman said some of her mail had been stolen in recent weeks.

A Harrington woman said a house on the 1100 block of Eighth Street in Davenport had had an open door for over a week.

A Davenport woman said mail was stolen from her mailbox on the 27300 block of Wheatland Road.

A Lacey man said his neighbors were letting their dogs poop on his property.

A Bonney Lake man requested a welfare check on a local man.

A Davenport man said a package was stolen from his address on the 28800 block of Sterett Road.

An Oak Harbor man reported possible animal cruelty at a local address.

Papers were served to an address near Aspen Street in Reardan.

A caller said he was receiving threatening text messages and video messages from people in Olympia who were stating they would “come after him with homemade guns.”

A Lamont woman said a blue sedan with two dogs inside had been parked outside New Alliance Counseling in Davenport for over an hour.

A caller said her son broke into her storage shed to attempt to steal a car battery, install it in her vehicle and steal the vehicle.

A caller reported an erratically driven Ford F150 westbound on Highway 2 near Reardan that passed six cars at a time.

A disabled vehicle with a lost transmission was reported on Highway 2 at Riffe Road.

A Spokane Valley woman said a Toyota Tacoma was swerving across the center line on Highway 2.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Highway 2 at Smart Road.

A caller from Lincoln Hospital reported a suspicious letter found at the hospital’s entrance.

A car crash was reported in Sprague.

Grant County dispatch workers said they were contacted by Okanogan County dispatch about an open 911 call on the 45700 block of Highway 174 with a man groaning in the background.

Multiple alarms were reported going off outside District Court.

A 77-year-old man continually passing out was reported.

A Davenport woman reported three dirt bikes speeding past her house on the 1100 block of Marshall Street.

A Graham man said he was backed into by another vehicle at the Spring Canyon Campground.

A Davenport woman said she witnessed a hit-and-run while on her work break in Reardan.

A caller said her son ran away.

An employee at the Chevron in Sprague said a woman had been bugging customers, digging through trash and lighting cigarettes next to gas pumps.

A deputy assisted with jump starting a car.

A Sprague man said a youth holding a bat threatened his sons.

An Almira woman said her car broke down on Highway 2 in front of the Wilbur Mini Mart.

A Davenport man reported a young man with a knee injury near Mill Canyon.

Ryan J. Marley, Yakima, second-degree animal cruelty. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for eight days served, 12 months supervised probation, 12 months unsupervised probation and a $500 fine.

Jessica Dorielle Sumner, hometown not listed, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 39 days in jail.

Patrick William Seidler, Spokane, failure to transfer title within 45 days (dismissed) and third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to one day in jail, eight hours of community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Russell Darold Pick, who is charged with four counts of a protection order violation, won’t be able to undergo a mental evaluation at Eastern State Hospital for eight to 10 weeks. The next status hearing was set for May 30.

Ryan Jeffrey Marley, who was charged with first-degree animal cruelty, had his case dismissed after it was resolved in District Court.
