the Davenport Planning Commission

that a public hearing

will be held on Wednesday,

June 21,2023 at 7:05 p.m. The

hearing will be held in the Davenport

City Hall located at 411

Morgan Street. The hearing is

to consider an application for

a conditional use permit for a

food truck located on Daniel

Yarbrough’s property.

The property involved is described

as: Lots 1-4 & Pt Vacated

Alley: Block 72, Columbia Addition

to the City of Davenport,

Lincoln County, Washington.

This property is more commonly

known as 51 Morgan Street.

The Lincoln County parcel number

is #0302720011100.
