Nicholas Dale Kuest, 26, Ritzville. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of first-degree kidnapping and firearm theft.
May 30
Samuel Adam Rogers, 24, Liberty Lake. Arrested by LCSO on charges of second-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
June 2
Raymond Lee Richardson, 59, Grand Coulee. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

Samuel Adam Rogers was convicted of second-degree theft and sentenced to 45 days in jail. Rogers must pay $542.42 in restitution to Wilbur Auto Body.
Rielee Jean Smith, who is charged with second-degree theft, failed to appear for an arraignment. A warrant was issued for her arrest with bail set at $10,000.
Russell Darold Pick, who is charged with four counts of a domestic violence protection order violation, was found by the court to lack the capacity to assist in their own defense or understand the nature of proceedings and thereby had felony charges dismissed and civil commitment evaluation was ordered.
Nicholas Austin Berry, who was convicted of unlawful imprisonment and first-degree theft in Dec. 2020, failed to appear for a re-sentencing hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $75,000.
