That Barr-Tech, LLC of Spokane,

WA on January 31, 2023, under

Water Right Application No.

G3-30952, filed for a permit to

appropriate public groundwater,

subject to existing rights, from

one existing and one proposed

well for year-round use in the

amount of 75 gallons per minute

(gpm) and no annual acre-feet

per year (ac-ft/yr) for Commercial

and Industrial use.

The source of the proposed

appropriation is located within
