Brickners list restaurant anticipating retirement
Pete and Debra Brickner have listed the Tribune Smokehouse for sale after opening the barbecue-style restaurant in 2016. The restaurant is listed for $450,000.
DAVENPORT - One of just three sit-down restaurants remaining in the city is up for sale. Pete and Debra Brickner of Reardan have listed the Tribune Smokehouse, 502 Morgan Street, for sale in anticipation of a looming retirement.
Pete Brickner plans to retire from his day job, facilities/groundskeeper supervisor with Lincoln County, in 2025. The couple plans to sell the restaurant ahead of that retirement and listed it now knowing a potential sale could take some time.
