OF TWO PARCELS FOR

THE PURPOSE OF PROPERTY

CONSOLIDATION IN THE CITY

OF Davenport, LINCOLN

COUNTY, WASHINGON

SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION

This ordinance vacates two parcels

of land located in Columbia

Addition to the City of Davenport.

The first parcel is a total of 74.3

square feet located north of

Logan Street and east of First

Street in the southeast portion of

lot 9, Block 89, and the second

parcel, is located north of Logan

Street and east of First Street,

in the southern portion of lot 8,

Block 89. The second portion

to be vacated is 1,076.4 square

feet. The Lincoln County Parcel

Number is 03020888001100.
