NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER

OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER

CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Marlin HB Trust of Marlin,

WA, has made an application for

change/transfer of water right in

order to add points of withdrawal

and change a portion of the place

of use as granted under Ground

Water Certificate No. G3-01558.

That Adjudicated Ground Water

Certificate No. G3-01558 authorizes

the withdrawal of 1400 gallons

per minute, 1520-acre feet

per year, from April 1 to October

31, each year, for the irrigation

of 570 acres.

That authorized point of withdrawal

is from a well located

within the SW¼SW¼SE¼ of

Section 18, T. 23 N., R. 32

E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

That the authorized place of use

is within the SE¼ of Section 13,

T. 23 N., R. 31 E.W.M.,

E½, SW¼, and S½NW¼ of Section

18, T. 23 N., R. 32 E.W.M.,

Lincoln County, WA.

That they propose to add three

well located within Well 1 and 3)

SW¼NW¼ of Section 35 and

Well 2) S½NE¼ of Section 26

all within T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M.,

Grant County, WA.

That they propose to change a

portion of the place of use to 70

acres under pivot in the SE¼

and the SW¼ of Section 28 and

50 acres under wiper pivot in the

SE¼ of Section 29 both within

T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M., Grant

County, WA. The remaining

450 acres will be retained at the

original place of use located in

Lincoln County, WA.

Protests or objections to approval

of this application must include

a detailed statement of the basis

for objections; protests must be

accompanied by a fifty-($50.00)

dollar recording fee and filed

with the Department of Ecology,

at the address shown below,

within thirty (30) days from July

13, 2023
