Pioneer Days takes over Davenport

DAVENPORT — Pioneer Days is back and better than ever as it celebrates its 51st anniversary with some changes.

There are several events planned for the entire family to enjoy as the festivities begin Friday, July 14, and last until Sunday, July 16.

“It’s just a time to get to know the community and get to know what we have available in the community for visitors,” Pioneer Days Chairwoman Dawn Canfield said.

This year’s Pioneer Days will offer inside vendors the opportunity to sell their products on Friday, July 14, and Saturday, July 15, she said.
