A Sprague woman said a “vagrant” had been hanging out at the local Chevron all day.
An Edwall man said high winds knocked over a tree on his property, which subsequently took out a telephone line.
A man possibly experiencing mental health issues was reported at the Sprague Chevron.
Fireworks were reported west of Davenport.
A caller said her boat broke down on Lake Roosevelt near the Hunters boat launch.
A caller reported youths speeding around Wilbur.

Multiple callers reported a woman on meth knocking on doors in Odessa asking for help.
A Davenport woman reported a loose German shepherd on the 500 block of Merriam Street.
A caller reported an abandoned car near Batum and Davis Roads southwest of Odessa.
An Edwall man said another man got off the train as it passed through Edwall and told locals he couldn’t ride it any further or he’d be arrested.
A Davenport woman said a homeless camp was set up outside the local post office.
A caller asked for help retrieving her mother’s cat.

A caller from Davenport City Hall reported two trucks with trailers parked near Davenport Water Park.
A vehicle vs. deer crash was reported on Highway 2 outside Creston.
A 72-year-old man feeling lightheaded was reported.
A dead calf was reported on the left side of Telford Road.
An Odessa man said his ex-wife violated the no-contact order in place on his daughter.
A Wilbur woman reported a vehicle that had been parked at the town pool for two days.
Two motorcycles without headlights or reflectors were reported on Highway 25 at Porcupine Bay Road.
A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dog was loose and causing problems with her animals.
A tractor partially blocking Wagner Farm Road east of Reardan was reported.

Rhya Lanina Joseph, Fruitland, third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to transfer a title within 45 days. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Chandler Tyson George was convicted of possession of a stolen vehicle and was sentenced to 36 days in jail and six months community custody.
Andrew Lee Martin was convicted of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and was sentenced to 31 months in jail.
Nicholas Dale Keust, who is charged with first-degree kidnapping and firearm theft, asked to see his child on the child’s birthday, which the court denied. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 22 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 13.
Orion Sage White, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 22 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 13.
Miranda Rachelle Carolus, who is charged with second-degree identity theft, residential burglary, motor vehicle theft and two counts of second-degree theft, had her case dismissed after findings indicated the alleged offenses occurred in Spokane County. Charges were referred to the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney.
Petra Thomas Cook, who is charged with second-degree assault of a child, second-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 22 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 13.
Dominic J. Hmielewski, who is charged with residential burglary and second-degree burglary, had his case dismissed as the matter was to be resolved in District Court.
