A caller reported a possibly high woman wanting an ambulance ride in Odessa.

A Creston woman requested a welfare check near the local park.

A Davenport man reported youths jumping off the Fort Spokane bridge.

A Sprague woman said a “vagrant” had been hanging out at the local Chevron all day.

An Edwall man said high winds knocked over a tree on his property, which subsequently took out a telephone line.

A man possibly experiencing mental health issues was reported at the Sprague Chevron.

Fireworks were reported west of Davenport.

A caller said her boat broke down on Lake Roosevelt near the Hunters boat launch.

A caller reported youths speeding around Wilbur.

Multiple callers reported a woman on meth knocking on doors in Odessa asking for help.

A Davenport woman reported a loose German shepherd on the 500 block of Merriam Street.

A caller reported an abandoned car near Batum and Davis Roads southwest of Odessa.

An Edwall man said another man got off the train as it passed through Edwall and told locals he couldn’t ride it any further or he’d be arrested.

A Davenport woman said a homeless camp was set up outside the local post office.

A caller asked for help retrieving her mother’s cat.

A jail inmate was transported to Lincoln County from Spokane County.

A caller requested a hulk slip for a junk vehicle on his property.

A California woman requested a welfare check on her daughter in Almira.

An Odessa woman said someone not allowed to be around animals was living with animals.

A deputy helped a woman put air in her tires.

A Davenport man reported a speeding pickup truck eastbound on Highway 2 at milepost 250.

A possibly disabled vehicle was reported at Rickey’s Corner Mart in Davenport.

A caller said a woman pushed her and yelled at her while they were cleaning out a horse trailer.

An open air 911 hangup call came from the 30500 block of Mielke Road outside Davenport.

An Odessa man said the woman he had a child with denied him visitation.

A Davenport woman said her boat crashed sometime in the previous week.

A front door alarm was reported on the 14300 block of Airway Drive in Odessa.

A Davenport woman reported two motor bikes speeding past her 11th Street residence.

An Odessa man said a car had been parked on Davis Road for 10 days.

A transient person was reported at the Fort Spokane boat launch.

A fire alarm was reported going off at the National Parks office at Spring Canyon.

Multiple vehicles incorrectly parked were reported.

A Harrington woman said a dog attacked and injured her smaller dog.

A civil problem was reported on the 44900 block of Highway 174 in Grand Coulee.

A caller said one of his firearms went missing during a shooting event in June.

A Tekoa man reported youths jumping off the Fort Spokane bridge.

A caller said his apartment neighbor was being mean to him.

A caller from the Sprague post office requested a welfare check on a mailbox holder that had medication building up in his box.

A welfare check was requested on the 52700 block of Sobek Road northeast of Edwall.

A man driving a truck possibly pulled a gun on him.

A Davenport man said someone turned over all the garbage cans and picnic tables in City Park.

A 16-year-old girl with a compound fracture and laceration to her leg was reported in Davenport.

A man reported another man walking toward him from a wheat field in Reardan.

A caller asked for help getting the registration for an abandoned camp trailer.

A caller said a car had been abandoned near railroad tracks for nine days.

A homeless camp possibly being set up behind El Ranchito in Davenport was reported.

A boat accident was reported on Lake Roosevelt.

A Davenport man reported a suspicious vehicle on the 500 block of Main Street.

Traffic stops: 14

A caller said the people in the camping space next to hers at Fort Spokane were getting too close to her space.

Two motorcycles blocking Morgan Street in front of Napa Auto Parts in Davenport were reported.

A caller from Davenport City Hall reported two trucks with trailers parked near Davenport Water Park.

A vehicle vs. deer crash was reported on Highway 2 outside Creston.

A 72-year-old man feeling lightheaded was reported.

A dead calf was reported on the left side of Telford Road.

An Odessa man said his ex-wife violated the no-contact order in place on his daughter.

A Wilbur woman reported a vehicle that had been parked at the town pool for two days.

Two motorcycles without headlights or reflectors were reported on Highway 25 at Porcupine Bay Road.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dog was loose and causing problems with her animals.

A tractor partially blocking Wagner Farm Road east of Reardan was reported.

Micah Isaac Goodwin, 30, Wilbur. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

July 11

Petra Crinklaw, 35, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO for failing to appear for a third-degree driving with a suspended license charge.

July 12

Criminal court-July 13

Rhya Lanina Joseph, Fruitland, third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to transfer a title within 45 days. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Petra Crinklaw, Naches, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-July 11

Chandler Tyson George was convicted of possession of a stolen vehicle and was sentenced to 36 days in jail and six months community custody.

Andrew Lee Martin was convicted of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and was sentenced to 31 months in jail.

Nicholas Dale Keust, who is charged with first-degree kidnapping and firearm theft, asked to see his child on the child’s birthday, which the court denied. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 22 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 13.

Orion Sage White, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 22 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 13.

Miranda Rachelle Carolus, who is charged with second-degree identity theft, residential burglary, motor vehicle theft and two counts of second-degree theft, had her case dismissed after findings indicated the alleged offenses occurred in Spokane County. Charges were referred to the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney.

Petra Thomas Cook, who is charged with second-degree assault of a child, second-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 22 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 13.

Dominic J. Hmielewski, who is charged with residential burglary and second-degree burglary, had his case dismissed as the matter was to be resolved in District Court.
