July 23

Traffic stops: 11

A caller from Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Sprague reported theft at the church while assisting a homeless person.

A caller said he was stranded in his boat on Lake Roosevelt.

A Davenport man said his uncle urinated in his kitchen sink on the 300 block of Sinclair Street.

An elderly man called for police on Park Street in Davenport.

A deer vs. car collision was reported.

A Reardan man reported a suspicious man sitting on the side of Highway 231.

July 24

Traffic stops: 8

A caller reported a pile of someone’s belongings on the side of the road near Miller Ranch Road east of Sprague.

A Davenport man said his boat had been moved while he was gone.

A caller reported a man coming back onto trailer park property after being evicted.

A Reardan woman said someone was shooting off fireworks near Whispering Pines Drive.

A caller said a man stole stuff from her house while she was at the hospital.

July 25

Traffic stops: 3

Papers were served to a woman on the 100 block of South Second Street in Odessa.

A Sprague woman said she saw a man hit a vehicle three times and drive away.

A crash was reported on the Lincoln/Adams County line.

A crash was reported in the Davenport area.

Dogs inside a hot car in front of the Lincoln County Courthouse were reported.

The Dept. of Licensing reported a customer attempting to register a vehicle with the wrong plates on it for someone who has a conservatorship.

A man said his ex-wife violated a protection order.

A caller said his daughter told him her new boyfriend has choked her in the past.

Trash on the roadway was reported on First Street between Park and Maxwell Streets in Davenport.

A Creston man said someone hooked up a truck and travel trailer to the schools’ power line next to the tennis courts and set up camp.

A Harrington man said someone was setting off fireworks on the north end of the city.

A lost dog was reported in Harrington.

Traffic stops: 1

Davenport City Hall staff said they were contacted by a woman who said her father was getting pressured by salespeople to buy a new roof.

A Spokane woman requested a welfare check on her local sister.

A Davenport man reported a fire on Halme Drive.

A Twisp man asked for three hulk slips at his rental house on the 100 block of South Seventh Street in Almira.

Papers were served to a person in Odessa.

An Odessa woman said she thought a local man needed an ambulance to check out his hernia.

July 27

Traffic stops: 2

An unoccupied vehicle was reported on Circle Road and Highway 231 north of Reardan.

A Davenport woman said her son lost his phone near Lincoln County Museums in Davenport.

Sprague City Hall staff said they received complaints of a man driving around a blue scooter, running stop signs and almost hitting pedestrians.

An 80-year-old man falling out of his car was reported.

July 28

A Davenport man asked for a deputy response on the 700 block of Merriam Street.

A field fire was reported between Harrington Airport and Rocklyn Roads.

A chunk of metal in the road was reported on I-90 around milepost 246.

A Grand Coulee officer reported a missing juvenile.

A Davenport woman said a car was blasting music around City Park in Davenport.

A caller said their alarm was going off, but everything in the house was secure.

A Davenport woman said the woman that tracks her “through the phone, through the air and through her brain” was tracking her at work.

A Davenport man said he hit a fawn on Highway 28 at milepost 128.

A Wilbur man said he was being cyberstalked on Facebook and Google.

A Wilbur man reported a large calf loose on Highway 2 two miles west of Rocklyn.

A Davenport woman said two dogs across the street from her house on the 500 block of Main Street were attacking kids.

A vehicle with a flat tire was reported.

An Odessa woman said another woman was stealing her yard lights on the 400 block of East Third Avenue.

A fire on the beach across from Two Rivers Marina was reported.

Michael D. Desautel, Nespelem, making a false statement to a public servant and violating a no-contact order. Sentenced to five days in jail with credit for three days served.

Jonathan Jacob Anderson, Grand Coulee, first-degree criminal trespassing. Sentenced to 17 days in jail with credit for 17 days served, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Jonathan Jacob Anderson, Grand Coulee, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to five days in jail with credit for five days served.

Stanial Ferraro, Davenport, driving under the influence amended to second-degree negligent driving. Fined $559.

Heather Anne Hausman, Harrington, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for 33 days served, 90 days electronic home monitoring, a $1,500 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Travis Lane Michel, Nespelem, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and 12 months supervised probation.
