Aug. 6

Traffic stops: 4

A Davenport woman at Safeway Apartments said a woman in a neighboring apartment was yelling at a dog.

A caller from Lakeview Terrace in Grand Coulee said a man was hanging out near a trailer he was evicted from.

A Davenport woman reported an erratically driven vehicle eastbound on Highway 2 from Safeway Apartments.

A caller from Plano, Texas Police asked to speak with a deputy about a man they believed was in Odessa.

An Olympia woman said she found two young children that said they were locked in the bathroom at Sprague City Park.

A Davenport woman said she heard gunshots behind Safeway Apartments.

A Davenport caller called from Merriam Street saying “they have my phone and won’t give it back and every time I call you guys you sic the drug dealers on me.”

A fire was reported in Coulee Dam, with Almira fire crews paged to assist.

A Davenport man claimed he owned a blue pickup parked at Safeway Apartments that belonged to his stepmother.

A large fuel leak was reported at the Spring Canyon boat launch.

A Grand Coulee woman said a man was continually trespassing at Lakeview Terrace.

An Almira man reported a man driving erratically.

Traffic stops: 7

A caller said his girlfriend and her daughter had been staying with him, but against their agreement, the daughter was there when the girlfriend wasn’t.

A caller said her neighbor was harassing her builder and tore down part of their retaining wall.

Medical assistance for a 32-year-old woman was reported on the 45300 block of Mondovi Road East.

A Warden woman requested assistance unlocking her vehicle in the Davenport Safeway parking lot.

A possible driver under the influence was reported eastbound on Highway 2 from Davenport.

An abandoned minivan was reported on Sprague Highway and Williams Lake Roads.

Illegal dumping was reported on the 8900 block of Jack Brown Road near Fishtrap.

An explosion in an outbuilding was reported in the Edwall area.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was booked after being transported from Spokane County.

A Davenport woman reported a loose dog near Safeway.

A tip came in about a woman with a warrant out of Kootenai County possibly living at a residence on the 300 block of West Fourth Street in Sprague.

Deputies deduced that a man that an officer had spoken to a few days prior had a warrant for an expired license.

A Davenport man said he was having an ongoing issue with his neighbor’s dogs.

Traffic stops: 5

A Wilbur woman said she heard a cracking noise in her backyard.

A two-vehicle crash was reported on Highway 2 east of Reardan.

A Davenport man said his neighbor had a broken-down motorhome on the street.

A vehicle lockout assist was requested at Trader’s Express in Davenport.

Colville Tribal Police said they had a man with a felony warrant out of Lincoln County in custody.

A Davenport woman said a shoplifter was stopped at Family Foods.

A Davenport man said he found items locked in a box at his new property near Hawk Creek.

A Chevy dragging a 16-foot trailer that was possibly coming apart was reported on Highway 2.

A Sprague woman said she and her husband were being harassed by their neighbor on the 500 block of West Second Street.

Traffic stops: 4

A Wilbur woman reported an abandoned truck and trailer on the 300 block of Southeast Division Street.

A pumper truck with poor lane travel was reported on Highway 25 approaching Davenport.

A Davenport man claimed subjects were hiding in a black and white cow trying to shoot him with a sniper rifle.

A Davenport man said he was almost hit by a truck speeding down Highway 2.

A Davenport man said the pool bathrooms had been destroyed every day for two weeks, including having toilets clogged and lights broken.

A Sprague man said he found a man dead in the man’s well access.

A dog bite was reported near Lake Roosevelt.

A Wilbur woman reported a vehicle that had been parked at Sandy’s Grocery for two weeks.

A caller said a woman came to her house and entered without permission.

A Sherman man said someone was dumping carcasses on his property on the 42000 block of Hansen Harbor Road.

A Davenport woman requested a welfare check on her aunt on Park Street.

Papers were served at an address in Odessa.

A Davenport woman said her son left her house through a window the night prior.

A caller said his landlord’s wife and daughter were stealing stuff at his house.

A Davenport man reported two youths speeding up and down Cottonwood Creek Road on dirt bikes and four-wheelers.

A driver under the influence was arrested at the eastbound Sprague rest area off I-90.

An Odessa woman reported a woman wearing a purple blanket in her yard.

A caller reported an Odessa man stopping a car on the street and dancing the night prior.

A Davenport man asked to file a noise complaint about a barking dog on the 600 block of Maxwell Street.

A Davenport man said another man drove a truck off the roadway and through his fence.

A welfare check was reported on the 400 block of North Cliff Avenue in Wilbur.

A caller said they found plates behind the school in Sprague.

A Reardan woman said her sister-in-law’s son was breaking things in her house on the 300 block of North Birch Street.

A Sprague man said a suspicious woman came into City Hall.

A woman requested a welfare check on the 800 block of Sinclair Street in Davenport.

A fire was reported on Highway 2 and Govan Road near Wilbur.

An overheating vehicle was reported near Reardan.

A Davenport woman said her daughter ran away.

A disabled vehicle was reported near Highway 2 and Oehlwein Road east of Davenport.

A head-on car crash was reported.

An Odessa man said his wife sent a person to drop off items for his daughter and he wanted to them to stop coming over.

An Odessa man reported a property dispute on the 11100 block of Coffeepot Road.

A Davenport man said someone left several black burn marks on Old Sunset Highway at Evers Road.

A Davenport man reported unknown vehicles south of his house on the 46900 block of Telecky Road.

Traffic stops: 24

A Davenport woman said her parent’s dog went missing two days prior and she heard it was picked up at a car accident scene.

A Creston woman reported an erratically driven Toyota eastbound on Highway 2.

A Manson woman requested a welfare check on her brother.

A Nevada woman said she was being threatened by her ex-husband in Odessa.

A driver speeding 112 mph was reported westbound on Highway 2 at milepost 233.

An SUV with poor lane travel and no lights on was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 254.

An iPhone 911 auto dial reporting the phone was possibly in a car crash was reported a mile north of Wilbur.

Lincoln Hospital staff said they were concerned a female patient was on meth.

An Odessa woman reported a suspicious vehicle on Lauer Road and Highway 28.

A possible domestic violence situation was reported at Fort Spokane.

Kevin Thomas Date, 24, Edwall. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Aug. 7

Aug. 8

Justin Edward Abrahamson, 39, Fruitland. Arrested by LCSO on charges of second-degree malicious mischief, third-degree theft and motor vehicle theft.

Elijah Daniel McRae, 18, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree theft.

Candelario Rojas, 31, Royal City. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Aug. 9

Megan Rose Carroll, 24, Medical Lake. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

Tayler Jean Hansen, who is charged with two counts of harassment with the threat to kill or cause bodily injury, had her jury trial date struck as there may be a plea agreement. The hearing was continued to Aug. 15.

Kayne Allen Carolus, who is charged with residential burglary, motor vehicle theft and seven counts of second-degree theft, had bail reduced to $25,000. The hearing was continued to Aug. 15.

Diana Rose Johnson, who is charged with second-degree theft of public record, waived her right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Sept. 26 and a jury trial was set for Oct. 18.

Skylar Dale Anderson, who is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, failed to appear for a status hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $10,000.

Gary D. Hutt, who is charged with first-degree identity theft and five counts of second-degree theft, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Sept. 26 and a jury trial was set for Oct. 18.

Christopher Allen Hill, who is charged with second-degree identity theft, entered a not-guilty plea and was booked and released in Lincoln County Jail. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 17 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 1.

Timothy Ronald Wilging, who is charged with motor vehicle theft and attempting to elude a police vehicle, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $50,000. A readiness hearing was set for Sept. 12 and a jury trial was set for Oct. 4.

Mahad A. Jama, who is charged with attempting to obtain drugs, making a false statement to a public servant and possessing another’s identification, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was reduced to $10,000. A readiness hearing was set for Sept. 12 and a jury trial was set for Oct. 4.
