A Davenport woman said her daughter was so intoxicated she couldn’t stand up.

Drugs were found, and Wilbur Auto assisted with a resulting impound.

An abandoned dog was reported on the 300 block of 14th Street in Davenport.

An open-air 911 call with a woman crying was made.

An Edwall woman reported a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of Waukon Road.

A woman sitting on the fog line walking to Sprague was reported.

Papers were served to a man on the 100 block of West Broadway Avenue in Reardan.

Creston Town Hall staff said a crying woman and child were in the lobby.

A broken-down semitruck was reported on Highway 25 at Fort Spokane.

Suspicious activity was reported on the 500 block of South Walla Walla in Sprague.

An Odessa woman said someone possibly broke into her neighbor’s shed on the 400 block of East Second Avenue.

A Reardan man said teenagers on dirtbikes were speeding up and down the streets.

A caller reported a suspicious man possibly casing cars.

An Almira woman said she and her ex-husband were arguing over custody of their child.

A Davenport man said a Toyota Camry attempted to run over his 14-year-old daughter in City Park.

A Deer Meadows man said people were drag racing near the local golf course.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at Les Schwab in Davenport.

A Reardan woman reported a suspicious vehicle parked in front of her house on the 200 block of Broadway Avenue.

A Sprague man said a local man had a very malnourished puppy.

A caller said she saw someone she didn’t know in her house on security cameras.

Papers were served to a man on the 200 block of South Third Street in Almira.

A man was arrested on a warrant in Sprague.

A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported on Highway 25 at milepost 6.

A Deer Meadows man said he was having problems with his neighbor on the 42000 block of Fawn Road.

A caller said a man was speeding and power gliding behind a church.

A caller said a drunk man was punching walls.

A caller said she hit a deer in her work vehicle.

A caller said her neighbors abandoned their dog.

A caller requested a response to Farmhouse Coffee in Wilbur.

A Davenport man requested a welfare check on a friend in Harrington.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 2 two miles east of Creston.

A Davenport woman reported a dog locked in a car at Safeway.

A Lincoln woman said a man was yelling at the caller to quit using satellite weapons on him while sitting in a recliner in his yard.

A Seven Bays man said his brother told his mother he was going to shoot the man in the head.

A caller reported suspicious boat activity at Hanson Harbor.

A citizen said there appeared to be a woman slumped over in an SUV on Gunning Road north of Northridge Road in Davenport.

A Davenport man said someone kept parking a truck so close to the intersection of Main Street and Highway 28 drivers couldn’t see around it.

A caller said a suspicious pickup pulled into her driveway.

A Wilbur man reported five cows on the road.

An Odessa man said he had an edger, leaf blower and two full gas cans stolen off his lawn mower cart.

A Davenport man reported a girl riding her bike recklessly and doing wheelies near Pac Pride.

A Spokane woman said she received a call from a man screaming at his aunt.

A Davenport woman reported a suspicious car parked in front of her home on the 500 block of Merriam Street.

Traffic stops: 15

A caller said his Mustang broke down on Smart Road east of Wilbur.

A Nine Mile Falls man said hunters might have cut his fence on Fictenburg Road west of Davenport.

A caller reported a Honda with an open hood showing steam and smoke sitting in a wheat field.

A caller requested patrols on Bisson Road east of Reardan.

A fire was reported near Rosenburg Farms near Spring Canyon.

A Reardan man said he locked himself out of his running motorhome.

A caller said a woman nearly caused two head-on crashes on Highway 2 near the Rail Museum.

A Davenport woman said she heard gun shots in the area of Leffel and Tanner Roads.

A static 911 call came from Davenport Family Foods.

A caller reported a car driving all over Highway 2 eastbound from milepost 262.

A possible break-in attempt was reported at the Davenport Motel.

A caller said a flatbed pickup truck’s chains were sparking on Highway 2 near Oehlwein Road.

A Davenport woman said her neighbors’ music was too loud on the 800 block of 12th Street.

Lincoln Hospital workers said a patient said he’d been shot and he shot back.

A Seven Bays woman said a safe in a business office was missing and the back and side doors were unlocked.

A caller reported a possibly disabled vehicle on Highway 28 at milepost 101.

A Davenport man said his friend hadn’t shown up to do a job at his house and was possibly a missing person.

A Davenport man said his apartment neighbor was being mean and sexist toward his girlfriend and their landlord on the 400 block of Ross Street.

A welfare check was reported on a disabled woman who said she was lost and trying to get home.

Davenport Family Dollar staff said there were two people in the store that wouldn’t leave.

A caller dialed 911 while her son was screaming at her and breaking items in the background.

A caller said she was looking for a women’s shelter because her roommate was throwing food and yelling.

Traffic stops: 55

A disabled vehicle with alternator problems was reported in the weekend’s traffic jam near Reardan.

A deputy helped a citizen put air in their car tire.

A possible domestic violence situation was reported on the 200 block of Marshall Street in Davenport.

A car off the road was reported.

A reckless vehicle was reported.

A Davenport woman said someone took out a fraudulent loan against the family farm.

A caller said someone got out of his car, lit a cigarette, took a couple drags and threw it on the ground.

A fire was reported.

A Davenport man reported a Mazda passing multiple people on Highway 2 near Davenport.

A caller said a truck was illegally passing people on Highway 231 near milepost 24.

A disabled motorhome was reported.

A Harrington man said he was behind a Ford with a driver constantly texting.

An Ephrata woman reported a recklessly driven semitruck on Highway 28 near milepost 97.

A welfare check was requested on the 500 block of Jump Street in Creston.

A caller said her son was possibly missing.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 231 near Hampton Road.

A Reardan man said he saw a blue van pull into the draw near the intersection of Summit and Maple Streets.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at the top of the butte on Addington Road south of Reardan.

A caller said a man shot her cat.

JAIL BOOKINGS

Aug. 15

Brandon Phillip Searles, 39, Sprague. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Aug. 20

Keith Joseph Butters, 44, Chattaroy. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of reckless driving.

Christopher Starn Stout, 46, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of first-degree assault.

Criminal docket-Aug. 15

Judge Jeffrey S. Barkdull

Tayler Jean Hanson was convicted of felony harassment and sentenced to 12 months community custody with an anger management evaluation. A second count of harassment was dismissed. Kayne Allen Carolus, who is charged with residential burglary, motor vehicle theft and seven counts of second-degree theft, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was reduced to $5,000, which Carolus posted Aug. 18. A readiness hearing was set for Sept. 12 and a jury trial was set for Oct. 4.

Justin E. Abrahamson, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, second-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 17 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 1.

Juvenile sentencings

Tristan M. Clark was convicted of fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation and sentenced to eight days in juvenile detention and seven months community supervision.
