A Davenport woman requested help unlocking a van outside the local elementary school.

Traffic stops: 2

A lightning strike field fire was reported on Highway 25 at milepost 11.

An Odessa man said a parenting plan was violated on the 500 block of South Alder Street.

A dog was found on Highway 25.

A Davenport woman said her 7-year-old son was trying to attack his older brother.

An Odessa woman said someone was trying to get her to give them money for a picture.

A tree fire was reported on the 34800 block of Bald Ridge Road North.

A black sedan doing donuts near Jefferson and Seventh Streets in Davenport was reported.

A Wilbur man said his ex-wife wouldn’t leave his house on the 11500 block of Alderson Road.

Traffic stops: 2

A caller said he lost a bag containing three fly reels and boxes near Spring Canyon and Grand Coulee.

A Davenport man said he locked his keys in his car near the Bed and Breakfast.

A caller said he sent $88,000 worth of checks to a fraudulent person posing as a publisher’s clearing house.

A Wilbur man said he found foil residue used for narcotics in his garage on Regent Avenue.

Spokane Tribal Police reported a one-vehicle crash on Little Falls Road near Circle Road.

A speeding Dodge was reported on E Street in Creston.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 2 near Ziemer Road.

A Reardan man reported a beat up sedan driving and down Euclid and Tramm Roads.

A Davenport man said a neighbor youth shot a pellet gun through his front window on the 700 block of Main Street.

Traffic stops: 1

Two black cows were reportedly obstructing traffic on Highway 28 near Missile Site Road.

A vehicle pursuit was reported on Count Road and Road 22 Northeast west of Irby.

A Davenport man said recently graded roads were inviting faster drivers.

A fire was reported on the 42500 block of Doe Road in Deer Meadows.

A caller said she saw a suspicious vehicle at the Creston Grain Growers.

A caller said her husband trashed all her things at her house on Alderson Road north of Wilbur.

A medical issue was reported on the 200 block of E Street in Creston.

A caller reported a youth riding a dirt bike across federal land on the 36900 block of Teel Flat Lane North.

A reckless driver was reported on Fourth Street in Odessa.

Smoke was reported near Trejbal Back and Duck Lake Roads outside Odessa.

A sudden death was reported on Bobcat Trail in Creston.

A Lowe’s box truck all over the roadway was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 259.

A caller said her pontoon boat was sinking and a passersby boat towed her to the swimming beach at Two Rivers.

A caller reported a woman passed out in a ditch.

A Sprague woman said her neighbor’s dog was running into traffic on the 47200 block of Sprague Highway Road.

A caller reported someone firing weapons above Seven Bays Marina.

A Benton City man said his son walked away from the area they were camping on Lake Roosevelt.

A Davenport person said a group of youths were blaring music and possibly underaged drinking on 12th and Marshall Streets.

A residential alarm was reported going off in Davenport.

A Reardan man said he was mad another man was at his residence.

Yvonne Morning Andrew, Wellpinit, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $250 fine.

Criminal docket-Aug. 29

Judge Jeffrey S. Barkdull

Kenneth Wayne Slack, who is charged with second-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree possession of stolen property, failed to appear for his arraignment. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $5,000.

Lily A. Schoenfelder, who is charged with second-degree identity theft, second-degree theft and three counts of third-degree theft, entered a not-guilty plea and was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims or co-defendant after being booked and released in Lincoln County Jail. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 17 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 1.

Christopher S. Stout, who is charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 17 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 1.

Timothy Ronald Wilging was convicted of motor vehicle theft and attempting to elude and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and one year of probation, with restitution to be determined.
