Odessa hosts LRS Broncos tonight

ST. JOHN - The Odessa volleyball team put up a fight in every set, but was ultimately swept by the St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse Eagles in three sets Tuesday, Sept. 5.
The Tigers and Eagles battled in the first set, but SJEL earned a tight 33-31 victory. Odessa then fell 18-25 and 20-25 in the two subsequent sets.
Hayden Schuh led Odessa with five kills, two aces and 16 digs, while Melloney Deife had 18 assists and two aces.
The Tigers will look to bounce back quickly against a 2B opponent in their home opener. Odessa hosts Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna/Harrington at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7....
