Sept. 10

Traffic stops: 6

A caller said she didn’t know how she got into a vehicle.

A Davenport woman said she heard someone yelling by the warehouses near her.

An alarm going off was reported at Rickey’s Corner Market in Davenport.

A man that overheated and was dehydrated was reported.

A stranded boater was reported on Lake Roosevelt a few miles north of Two Rivers.

A Seattle man who lived in Lincoln County a year ago said his vehicle was stolen by the friend who he left the car with when he was in drug rehab.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor was blasting loud music all day.

A Wilbur woman reported a threat at a local gas station.

A Harrington man said neighborhood youths were banging on his fence when the sun went down on the 200 block of Willis Street.

Sept. 11

Traffic stops: 4

A caller requested a welfare check on his apartment neighbors.

A Davenport woman reported a family of racoons up a power pole in the alleyway behind the 300 block of Washington Street.

A Sprague man requested a civil standby at the Fishtrap Lake Resort.

A Davenport man said he picked up a young female hitchhiker and dropped her off at Family Foods after she was acting erratically and like she was on drugs.

A Reardan man reported an abandoned Honda at Spring Creek Grange.

Spokane 911 transferred a call from a nurse at Deaconess Hospital saying a patient left without permission.

A Davenport woman dropped off a dog that was found just west of the city on Highway 2.

A Davenport woman reported a baby pig on Highway 28 at Fitness Lane.

Sept. 12

Traffic stops: 3

A Davenport man said he was awoken by a group of kids running in and out of his house on the 700 block of Merriam Street.

Lincoln Hospital requested a welfare check on an employee on the 1300 block of Jefferson Street.

A caller said she heard through a friend at work that a man pushed one of her kids so hard it gave him a concussion.

A welfare check was requested at the Davenport School District.

A caller said she was having an issue with her niece over family property.

A caller reported a Dodge towing a trailer with a shed on it on Highway 2 at milepost 237.

A citizen contact was requested at the Odessa Police Department.

A caller said she believed a domestic situation was going on at her neighbor’s house.

A repossession company said the owner of a white Yukon the company was trying to repossess was very unhappy on the 600 block of West Third Street in Sprague.

A Reardan woman said she fell between the bed and wall and couldn’t get up on the 51400 block of Whispering Pines Drive.

A caller said her soon-to-be ex-husband had her child and dog.

A Wilbur man said he woke up to smoke a cigarette and saw youths on the roof of the school.

A caller said his neighbor was cutting metal and beating on a trailer.

A Sprague man said an RV had been parked behind the local bar for over a week.

An Almira woman said the local gun club had been shooting very late at night.

A work truck with a blown tire throwing sparks was reported.

A caller said he got into a car crash with a propane truck.

A caller said her neighbor might have siphoned gas from her car.

A Sprague man said a woman was driving unsafely by the local trailer park.

A Davenport man reported suspicious circumstances on the 800 block of Washington Street.

Traffic stops: 3

An Odessa woman said she got a call about a man possibly on meth.

A loose cow was reported.

A caller said she wanted her brother to stop coming onto her property.

Lincoln County District Court asked to have a person reprimanded from court.

An Odessa man said his neighbor told him that if his family raised their voice to his daughter that the neighbor would call CPS on the family.

A Davenport woman said several people have been stealing from her for years.

An Odessa woman reported a physical domestic issue on the 400 block of South Division Street.

A Davenport woman said two teenagers were trying to open the doors of vehicles parked on Morgan Street listed for sale.

A man reported a “real sketchy guy” at the Seven Bays boat launch.

A suspicious person was reported across from the Odessa Police Department.

Traffic stops: 3

A residential burglary was reported in Odessa.

A possibly drunk driver was reported.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate requested a ride to Odessa.

A non-injury car crash was reported on Broadway Avenue and Lake Street in Reardan.

A dog chained up on a porch with no water was reported in Odessa.

A Davenport woman said she watched her neighbor’s dog chase two little girls, with one girl yelling that the dog bit her.

A car crash was reported at Wilbur High School.

A caller said her boyfriend was very drunk and causing a scene.

Traffic stops: 5

A suspicious vehicle was reported at Alder and Marjorie Streets in Odessa.

A Union Pacific Railroad worker reported suspicious circumstances on Highway 23 around milepost 40.

A caller said someone stole items from his garage.

A Davenport woman reported youths doing stunts without wearing helmets on Main Street.

A motorcycle crash was reported at Highway 2 and Waukon Road outside Reardan.

Papers were served to a woman on the 200 block of Marshall Street in Davenport.

A caller said her father-in-law passed away.

An Odessa woman said a car was parked too close to her car, preventing her from driving away.

An aggressive driver in a Honda was reported.

A Davenport man said his neighbor was setting off fireworks on the 900 block of 14th Street.

A Davenport woman said people had been talking by her mailbox for 30 minutes.

Sept. 10

Dylan Ian Moses Doughty, 18, Davenport. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and assault.

Sept. 12

Masonn Hunter Marsh, 33, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on charges of third-degree malicious mischief and violating a no-contact order.

Sept. 13

Joshua Allen Brown, 40, Spokane. Department of Corrections detainer.

Nicholas Heldreth, 33, Liberty Lake. Department of Corrections detainer.

Sept. 14

Michael Frederick Miller, 68, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

Alexis Chavez Madrigal, Sunnyside, driving without identification. Case dismissed.

Cliff M. Durfee, Creston, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Case dismissed.

Kassie Jean Kozak, Spokane, reckless endangerment, operating a vehicle without a license and second-degree driving with a suspended license in two separate cases. Both cases dismissed.

Brandon Hagreen, Spokane, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 364 days in jail with credit for 36 days served, a $2,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Thomas James Pearson, Spokane, first-degree driving with a suspended license. Fined $4,500.

Chandler G. Tuscany, Cle Elum, violating a no-contact order. Fined $500.

Elijah D. McRae, Davenport, third-degree theft. Sentenced to four days in jail, 32 hours community service, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Kayla Brianne Baunsgard, Redmond, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and malicious mischief/domestic violence. Sentenced to 24 hours community service.

Demi Marie N. Galindo, Bellevue, driving under the influence. Sentenced to one day in jail, a $1,250 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Criminal docket-Sept. 12

Lexus Joy Zarbok, who is charged with first-degree identity theft and five counts of second-degree theft, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 24 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 29.

Mahad A. Jama was convicted of obtaining a controlled substance through a false name and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Kassie Jean Kozak, who is charged with a driving under the influence felony, reckless endangerment and an ignition interlock violation, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $75,000. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 17 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 1.

Orion Sage White, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, had his trial continued to Nov. 15 with a readiness hearing set for Oct. 24.

Damion M. Pegram was convicted of two counts of third-degree assault, third-degree theft, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm. A charge of second-degree rape will go to trial, and Pegram will be sentenced following the outcome of that trial.

Kayne Allen Carolus, who is charged with residential burglary, motor vehicle theft and seven counts of second-degree theft, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 12 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 3.

Daniel and Jacqueline Pitman of Friday Harbor sold 802 Sinclair Street to Minnie Carlson of Olympia for $270,000.

Sharon Morehouse, as personal representative of the estate of Ralph T. Plank in Federal Way sold three parcels beginning at the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 31, the east 30 feet of the north 342.37 feet along the east line in the same parcel and a tract of land in Government Lot 2 of the same parcel to Richard Gatlin of Grand Coulee for $120,000.
