Commissioners discuss substance treatment

DAVENPORT — The county commissioners heard an update from Northeast Washington Alliance Counseling Services executive director Dr. David Nielsen regarding a criminal justice treatment account (CJTA) panel and plan Monday, Oct. 2.

The commissioners had just approved an amendment to the interlocal cooperation agreement between Lincoln and Stevens Counties to provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services.
