Relevent or Volunteer Experience: I did a lot of volunteer work in Utah for our local Zoo and local Heritage Farm.

Profile questions (please respond in 100 words or less per answer):

Question 1: What is the biggest problem currently facing the city, and how should council respond to that problem?

Our biggest problem is not enforcing ordinances, having enough things for the local children to do, and having enough businesses wanting to come into town.

Question 2: Is the current city council leading the city in an effective direction? Why or why not?

I feel they are doing a great job with the resources that the City of Sprague has.

Question 3: Do you see any growth opportunities in the city, or would you prefer to maintain a small-town population? Please explain your stance.

I would like to see growth in the city but keep it a small town. The small-town atmosphere is what draws people to Sprague, but I would like to see small businesses come to town. Sometimes you need something from a hardware store but have to drive to Cheney or Spokane for a .15 bolt or you do not want to make dinner, but we do not have options for dinner in the evenings. The kids only have a park to play in. Which is fine for the younger kids, but we need something for all ages.
