Oct. 21

Traffic stops: 6

An Orting man said two hunters were shooting in his direction near Pacific Lake.

A one-car crash into a ditch was reported.

A caller reported a passenger car with a child in the back seat on Highway 2 heading into Reardan.

A disabled motorhome was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 254.

A one vehicle crash was reported southbound on Waukon Road.

Traffic stops: 10

A Reardan man reported hunters at the bird sanctuary by Audubon Lake.

An Odessa man reported an argument on the 500 block of First Avenue.

A welfare check was requested on a woman in Odessa.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence westbound from Davenport into Wilbur.

A Reardan man said he woke up to a strong smell of marijuana and his garage door open on the 100 block of Maple Street.

A caller said her boyfriend was driving drunk heading into the west side of Wilbur.

A Davenport woman said she heard a gunshot near her house on the 35100 block of Mill Canyon Road.

Traffic stops: 9

A person with a warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license was reported.

A Wilbur woman reported a man and woman yelling at each other across from Farmhouse Coffee in town.

A local man reported a fraudulent loan and letter from a collections agency he received.

An abandoned 4-wheeler was reported on Highway 2 at Bennett Road.

Two youths fighting at the skate park in Davenport were reported.

A caller said her minivan was hit by another car the previous night on Devil’s Gap Road.

A Reardan man said his roommate’s daughter threatened to have her gang friends kill him on the 35500 block of Highway 231 North.

A caller said she believed someone might be in her friend’s apartment.

Oct. 24

Traffic stops: 7

A Davenport man said his friend told him a young girl was raped and murdered, but investigation showed the friend suffers from hallucinations and delusions.

A suspicious vehicle with a tarp and propane tank set up in the Traders parking lot was reported in Davenport.

A front door burglary alarm was reported at the Davenport Motel.

A welfare check was requested on the 600 block of East Cottonwood Avenue in Reardan.

An Odessa woman said a woman was burning a bunch of items in her front yard on the 200 block of Second Avenue.

A Davenport woman said a red truck ran her off the road, forcing her into the ditch to avoid a head-on crash.

Two suspicious people were reported near the Davenport Library.

A caller said her friend lost her AirPods in Wilbur and tracked the devices to the 100 block of Fern Street in Reardan.

A caller said an adult had been accusing her daughter of stealing the adult’s daughter’s phone over the summer.

A juvenile problem was reported on the 100 block of Maple Street in Reardan.

Multiple 911 hang-up calls were made by an Odessa woman.

An Odessa man said he was suspicious of another man who told him he hired a locksmith to gain entrance to his house on Fifth Avenue.

A caller said his friend dropped her keys in his yard.

An air purifier was delivered to the county Health Department.

A caller reported a homeless person requesting an ambulance at the railroad crossing on Williams Lake Road outside Sprague.

A caller said a small dog had been tied up on a short leash with nothing to sleep on at the 44800 block of Highway 21 North.

A Keller man said he was receiving hundreds of slanderous texts from a random person on the 42000 block of Hanson Harbor Road.

An Odessa woman signed a trespass from the local hospital.

Odessa School District staff said they were concerned parents restrained from a local child were trying to contact the child.

A Spokane woman said her grandpa was walking away from the intersection of Third and C Streets in Sprague.

A Wilbur man said his wife was severely bleeding while changing her bandages following surgery.

Les Schwab in Davenport requested help unlocking a Chevy.

A caller said a woman locked her keys inside her car on the 400 block of First Street in Davenport.

A Harrington man reported a trailer parked in front of a house that sold five months ago.

Papers were served to two people on the 51400 block of Whispering Pines Drive in Reardan.

A Wilbur man requested help unlocking a vehicle at the high school football field.

Traffic stops: 6

A one-vehicle crash that resulted in an arrest was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 265.

A possible fire was reported in the Davenport area.

An 82-year-old man gagging was reported in the Wilbur area.

A white husky running around was reported on Sinclair Street in Davenport.

A caller said his brothers were trying to break into his house.

A local man said his vehicle was tampered with, as a tire was half deflated and its plastic cap was missing.

An abandoned Ford Escape was reported on Maxwell Street in Davenport.

A Davenport man said a customer at Care and Share kicked him in his buttocks while saying hello.

A Davenport woman said three youths were acting strangely near Family Foods.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane County.

A welfare check was requested on a man who was passed out drunk on his couch.

A Davenport man said he found a small box full of blasting caps in an old barn on the 32500 block of Johns Rocky Way.

A Wilbur man said three people poached a buck on his property.

Mark Allen Haase, 25, Odessa. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of reckless endangerment.

Felix Nava Pacheco, 65, Ephrata. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

Diore Love, Sacramento, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Case dismissed.

Jean-Luke W. Devore, Spokane Valley, third-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed) and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours of community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Mandy Arlene Waters, Wilbur, driving under the influence. Fined $3,250 and ordered to wear an ankle monitor for 60 more days.

Germaine Sittingcrow, Wilbur, allowing an unauthorized person to drive and third-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed). Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours community service and six months unsupervised probation.

Brooke Anna Ballard, Spokane, failure to transfer title within 45 days. Case dismissed.

Christopher Allen Hill, Davenport, possession of another’s ID. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Daylon Albert Walls, Spokane Valley, driving under the influence. Case dismissed.

David P. Davisson, hometown not listed, driving without identification and two counts of hit-and-run on an unattended vehicle. Case dismissed.

Tyler D. Jones, Coulee Dam, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and six months supervised probation.

Mark Haase, Odessa, reckless endangerment. Sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Brian K. Colby, Grand Coulee, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Sentenced to five days in jail, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Steven James Edson, Colville, first-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license (dismissed). Sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days electronic home monitoring, a $500 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Alexander Jeffery Diviney, Davenport, driving under the influence. Sentenced to one day in jail, a $1,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Seth Michael Bergman, Harrington, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to three days in jail and fined $4,550.

Seth Michael Bergman, Harrington, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and malicious mischief/domestic violence. Case dismissed.

Criminal docket-Oct. 24

Judge Jeffrey S. Barkdull

Anastasia E. Brandenburg, who is charged with second-degree identity theft, second-degree theft and third-degree theft, is nearing a resolution. Her trial was continued to Jan. 3 with a readiness hearing on Dec. 12.

Nicholas Dale Kuest, who is charged with first-degree kidnapping and theft of a firearm, had his trial continued to Dec. 20 and was accused by the state of being non-compliant with a no-contact order against a domestic violence victim.

Orion Sage White, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, had his trial continued to Dec. 11.

Dylan Ian Moses Doughty, who is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, is currently in in-patient treatment and had his trial continued to Jan. 3.

Diana Rose Johnson, who was charged with second-degree theft of a public record, had her case dismissed after the charge was filed and resolved in District Court.

Kassie Jean Kozak was convicted of felony driving under the influence and sentenced to 34 months in prison followed by 12 months community custody.

Elijah Sullivan was convicted of attempting to elude a police vehicle and sentenced to eight days in jail with credit for eight days served followed by 12 months community custody.
