TAKE NOTICE:

That Paul Wollman, WHB Trust

of Warden, WA on June 1, 2023,

filed Water Right Application No.

CG3-01099C, to change groundwater,

certificate G3-01099 with

a priority date of

March 1, 1968. Certificated

quantities are 400 gallons a

minute, 374.0-acre feet per

year, from April 1 to October

31, each year, for the irrigation

of 480 acres; 2.0-acre feet per

year, continuously for domestic

supply.

Change point(s) of withdrawal:

The certificated point(s) of withdrawal

are located within the

E½NE¼ of Section 29, T. 21

N., R. 32 E.W.M., within Lincoln

County. The proposed point of

withdrawal (no well proposed) is

located within the NW¼ Section

27, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M., within

Adams County.

Change place of use: The certificated

NE¼ of Section 30; all in T. 21

N., R. 32 E.W.M., within Lincoln

County. The proposed place of
