A 7-year-old boy said his mom was having trouble breathing.

A caller said her brother on the 400 block of Chestnut Street in Almira was acting suspiciously.

A deputy response was requested at the trailer park in Sprague.

A Lincoln man reported a trailer loading ramp in the roadway on Highway 231 at milepost 37.

A burglary alarm going off was reported at the Horizon Credit Union ATM in Davenport.

A Reardan man said he caught someone stealing from a car and was holding the suspect at gunpoint.

A phone was found on Fitness Lane in Davenport.

A caller said he and his friends could hear shooting at the house two doors down from them.

A Davenport man said he saw a man in a rocking chair being yelled at by a woman at the apartments by Phase II Hair Salon.

State Patrol said it received a report of cows loose on Highway 2.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Old Sprague Highway Road between Sprague and Williams Lake Road.

A motion alarm was reported going off at an area gym.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane County.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on the Spokane County border.

A caller requested that a deputy show up and “bring boom boom.”

A caller said his daughter and her mother left and went to a friend’s house in Sprague.

A burglary alarm was reported going off at Lincoln County Superior Court.

A 911 call from a broken cell phone reporting a dead battery in a vehicle was reported in the area of Harrington-Tokio Road.

A wallet was found on Rocklyn Road.

A welfare check was requested at a residence in Odessa.

A caller requested a welfare check on her 14-year-old son in Odessa she hadn’t heard from in five days.

A caller requested a police presence at a residence outside Reardan, where a man was being investigated on accusations of illegal trespassing.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported going off at the Horizon Credit Union ATM in Davenport.

Suspicious activity was reported near the Avista substation in Davenport.

A civil dispute was reported in Odessa.

A Wilbur woman reported a stolen air conditioner on the 600 block of Cole Avenue.

A Davenport woman said her son was drinking and causing domestic issues.

A past burglary was reported on the 100 block of Elm Street in Reardan.

A citizen assist was reported in Reardan.

A Davenport woman said a neighboring apartment tenant was yelling in his apartment and outside in an alleyway.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported at the Horizon Credit Union ATM in Davenport for the third straight day, all of which were unfounded.

A town code violation was reported on Maple Street in Reardan.

A woman called 911 while parked alongside I-90.

A suspicious woman was reported at the Care and Share in Davenport.

A Davenport woman said her front left window exploded while driving down Teel Hill Road.

A possibly stolen blue Chevy with a tarp on top was reported.

A caller who appeared to be slurring her words said she needed a ride to Pasco.

An Odessa man said a vehicle was parked at a deceased man’s residence near the 8990 block of Highway 21.

A caller said she was having issues with a money transfer.

A suspicious person was reported at a campsite on Lake Roosevelt.

A caller reported an erratically driven Honda pushing cars off the road on Interstate 90 at milepost 251.

A Wilbur man said two of his vehicle’s windows were broken on the 32400 block of Crick Road.

A 74-year-old man that suffered a short fall was reported.

A caller said a man was outside his house watching him.

A caller reported harassment from the man she has a parenting plan with.

A sexual assault was reported at Reardan High School.

A car fire was reported on Highway 28 at milepost 100.

A Wilbur man said someone slashed his tires while it was parked behind Doxie’s Diner.

Traffic stops: 1

Davenport City Hall reported a bike in a bike rack at City Park that had been parked for four months.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate said he slipped and heard a loud snap in his knee while showering.

A Harrington man requested deputy assistance in retrieving a key from a former employee he told to leave a residence.

An Adult Protective Services referral was made in Odessa.

A caller said she locked her keys in her running car.

Papers were served to a man on the 39000 block of Petrie Lane north of Davenport.

Papers were served to a man in Davenport.

A caller said there was a van outside her window with a tripod aimed at her window.

A runaway 16-year-old boy was reported.

An Almira man said he was threatened by another man while picking up his son.

A caller said her daughter’s friends stole two pistols from her.

A Wilbur woman said she found a dog that was hit by a car in town.

A caller said he was followed home by a man on his walk home from work.

Oct. 28

Tyler Duane Jones, 31, Coulee Dam. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Solomon Shawn Kent, 23, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on charges of driving under the influence and driving without a license.

Oct. 29

Russell Thomas Tulee, 36, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on charges of second-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock violation.

Oct. 31

Timothy David Boda, 33, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of second-degree assault.

Samantha Feliciti Scharf, 25, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on charges of third-degree malicious mischief, possession of a stolen vehicle, second-degree livestock theft, second-degree possession of stolen property, possession of another’s ID and attempting to elude.

Nov. 4

Alexander Jeffrey Diviney, 22, Davenport. Originally arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

Kristina Marie Keys, 39, Harrington. Arrested by LCSO on charges of second-degree identity theft and third-degree defrauding a public utility.

Cody Alan Moore, 26, Post Falls. Arrested by LCSO on charges of obstructing law enforcement, falsely reporting an emergency, attempting to elude and an out-of-state felony warrant.
