A Davenport woman said she witnessed a lady pushing a stroller get bitten by a dog near Sixth and Main Streets.
An Odessa man said his son was harassing him and spreading falsehoods about him.
A caller requested a welfare check on a man he was the real estate agent for.
Two transient people were reported on Highway 2 at milepost 263.
An abandoned car was reported at First and Alder Streets in Odessa.
An Edwall woman said someone was trying to take her RV and leave the property on the 52200 block of Sobek Road.
A structure fire was reported on Ninth and Logan Streets in Davenport.
A caller said a man was coming in and out of the R Store in Reardan yelling cuss words.
A truck driver said he saw a man outside a car trying to flag down passersby on Highway 2 at milepost 256.

Island County transferred a call from a woman hoping to discuss a dispute with her ex-boyfriend.
A Les Schwab employee said a vehicle needed to be unlocked at the Davenport store.
A Reardan woman said she saw a person lying on the side of a road next to a wheelchair.
A caller asked to get a few hulk slips for vehicles abandoned on property he recently purchased.
An RSO check was requested on May Avenue in Odessa.
Three loose black cows were reported near the Adams County line.
A caller said someone may have taken her deceased mother’s credit card information and charged up to $1,000.
Papers were served to a Davenport man.
A Reardan woman said she was following a vehicle pulling a blue boat that was swerving and varying speed.

A Davenport man said he found a pile of clothing with cash sticking out of the pant pockets in the men’s restroom at Pioneer Plaza.
A Reardan woman said her neighbor was burning something in his wood stove causing dark black smoke and noxious fumes on the 500 block of Cottonwood Avenue.
A caller said his family heard loud noises the night prior, then found the front door kicked in the next morning.
A Davenport woman said someone walked past her bedroom window with a flashlight.

A Spokane Valley man said he returned to his residence after being released from Whitman County Jail to find his landlord had stolen his possessions.

A Davenport woman said her son was refusing to go to his father’s house for visitation.
A Spokane Valley man said his landlord was on his property taking his items.
A suspicious vehicle was reported on First Street and Highway 21 in Odessa.

A caller reported an issue with his daughter.
A caller reported a small bonfire in a backyard burning dimensional lumber and plastic material.
A caller said her child’s father wouldn’t return the child according to the parenting plan.
A Harrington man said someone was on the high school property.
A minor in possession of drugs was reported.
Brinks Security in Texas said an alarm was tripped at a local gas station.
An injured owl was reported.
A 39-year-old man suffering from a seizure or stroke was reported.

Charles Rod Reynolds Jr., 30, hometown not listed. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) out-of-county felony charge.
Nov. 23
Victor Alfrado Jordan, 33, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of fourth-degree assault.
Nov. 25
Richard Mark Lewis, 50, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock violation.
