Philip is now at rest with his Lord Jesus Christ after a 10 month battle with cancer. He was born the youngest of 10 children, to Earl and Brownie Mortlock in Colfax, Wash. His family moved to Spokane in 1967 where he attended NW Christian School grades K-3, Reardan Schools grades 4-12 graduating with the class of 1984. From 1984-1987 Philip attended Eastern Washington State University.
