ADT Alarms reported an alarm going off at a local residence.

A Seven Bays man said he found his friend deceased in his bedroom on the 100 block of View Court.

A Davenport woman said a man started yelling at her on the 1300 block of Logan Street.

A 37-year-old man suffering from seizures was reported in Davenport.

A caller requested a welfare check on his father-in-law on the 100 block of Fifth Street in Almira.

Multiple 911 calls came from a cell phone with a person not speaking that traced to the 45000 block of Highway 21.

A Davenport woman called with a complaint about her neighbor.

A CPS worker said a local child didn’t have heat at their residence.

A Davenport man said “the tweakers next door” were blowing past stop signs and coming and going in different vehicles multiple times a day.

A caller requested a welfare check on his sister on the 300 block of Cole Avenue in Wilbur.

A suspicious Ford Explorer was reported near Fairway Street and Fourth Avenue in Odessa.

A Davenport man reported two cows walking down Morgan Street near Third Street.

An Odessa man said a woman ran out of fuel in front of his house on the 500 block of First Avenue.

Traffic stops: 3

A front gate burglary alarm was reported going off at Buddy Boy Farms in Devil’s Gap.

A rollover crash was reported on Davis and Batum Roads outside Odessa.

Theft was reported.

A Davenport woman said there was an RV partially parked on her property.

A hit-and-run was reported at the Mini Mart in Wilbur.

Forgery was reported at the R Store in Reardan.

A man walking on the roadway was reported on Highway 25 at milepost 3.

A vehicle off the roadway was reported.

A caller said he wanted to hand over a gun he purchased.

A Davenport man requested a new hulk slip because he cat ate the previous one.

A caller asked for an ambulance to take his daughter to the hospital on the 37900 block of Jane Lane in Davenport.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported going off at the Mini Mart in Wilbur.

A caller accused two other people of being in her trailer without permission.

Traffic stops: 1

Papers were served to a man on the 1200 block of Ponderosa Avenue in Seven Bays.

A caller from the Wilbur Post Office reported a crash.

A Spokane County inmate was transported to Lincoln County.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 257.

A caller said a Lincoln man was having a heart attack and was driving himself to the hospital.

A welfare check was requested in Reardan.

A caller requested assistance with a vehicle lockout.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dogs were out with no leash.

Papers were served to a person on the 200 block of First Street in Odessa.

A caller said she passes a house every day with a chained-up dog and other loose animals.

A deer vs. car crash was reported on Highway 25 and Hart Road.

A caller said he was locked out of his car on the 1100 block of 12th Street in Davenport.

An Odessa woman said people were squatting in her house.

A caller said squatters were staying in a motorhome in a driveway to a house he owns.

A Davenport woman said she saw four vehicles in a field near Ziemer Road north of Highway 2.

Theft was reported at the R Store in Reardan.

A jail inmate was transported from Kittitas County.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported going off on the 1100 block of Morgan Street in Davenport.

A Davenport man requested a hulk slip for a junk trailer and Suburban.

A Davenport woman said a vagrant person was drinking beer on the bench outside Family Foods after panhandling enough money to buy it.

A caller said he locked his keys in his pickup truck.

A caller reported a vehicle stuck on a summer road.

A Sprague woman said she was trying to find a woman to talk to her about her loose dogs.

A caller said they saw a pickup truck on the side of the road with two people walking toward Creston away from the truck.

An Edwall man reported two vehicles in his field.

An open-air 911 call came from a residence on Sherman Draw Road outside Wilbur.

An abandoned vehicle was reported at Tamarack Canyon Road and Moore Road north of Reardan.

A Davenport woman reported a vicious dog attacking other dogs at the trailer park on the 1100 block of Jefferson Street.

An Odessa man said an orange helicopter had been hovering over his house and pasture for 20 minutes on the 2700 block of Highway 28.

A caller reported an erratically driven Dodge on Highway 2 at milepost 255.

A caller requested help adding a license plate in Odessa.

Papers were served to a woman on the 600 block of Maxwell Street in Davenport.

Papers were served to woman on the 600 block of Lincoln Street in Harrington.

A caller requested a welfare check on his mother.

A Spokane woman requested a welfare check at the Care and Share in Davenport.

A caller requested that someone be trespassed from the Chevron in Sprague.

A Wilbur woman said someone was trying to rev his car engine while stuck in a ditch.

A caller reported a small car all over the roadway.

Traffic stops: 8

Washington State Patrol reported an erratic, wrong-way driver crashed into a semitruck.

A Reardan man reported a 37-year-old man suffering from seizures on the 51400 block of Whispering Pines Drive.

A caller said he hit a bull elk on Highway 2 at Riffe Road.

A Davenport woman reported a speeding Jetta through Davenport toward Reardan.

A Sprague man was arrested for driving under the influence.

A caller from Ambitions of Washington said their client was possibly being exploited by their father.

A Davenport man said his ex-girlfriend was threatening his new girlfriend.

A deputy found a lost wallet while filling his patrol car with gas and returned it to the owner at Sandy’s in Wilbur.

A disabled vehicle was reported.

State Patrol said a semitruck slid off the road on Highway 21 south of Odessa, while the tow truck en route from Spokane to assist also crashed.

A Wilbur man said his supervisor threatened him on Broadway Street.

Dec. 6

Charles Dean Simpson, 33, Kettle Falls. Originally arrested by the Reardan Police Dept. on charges of resisting arrest and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dec. 7

Helin Perez, 26, Omak. Originally arrested by the Reardan Police Dept. on charges of first-degree driving with a suspended license and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dec. 8

Justin Chandler Doane, 42, Kingsville. Arrested by LCSO on charges of fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Edgar Eduardo Preciado Valenzuela, 29, Othello. Arrested by LCSO on charges of failure to obey an officer and driving under the influence.

Dec. 9

Antoine William Fitzgerald, 46, Sprague. Arrested by LCSO on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Tulsa Edger Allen Hill, 32, Sultan. Arrested by LCSO on charges of first-degree malicious mischief, second-degree malicious mischief, second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and second-degree theft.

Criminal court-Dec. 7

Joseph Lee Cooper II, Mansfield, obstructing a law enforcement officer. Sentenced to nine days in jail with credit for nine days served, a $500 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Helin Perez, Omak, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Charles Dean Simpson, Kettle Falls, third-degree driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest. Sentenced to three days in jail.

Glenda Pudwill Thomas, Odessa, outdoor burn prohibition and third-degree false reporting. Case dismissed.

Criminal docket-Dec. 5

Rodney Dean Denley was found not guilty on one count second-degree theft and guilty on one count of second-degree theft by a jury.

Samantha Felcitii Scharf was convicted of possession of a stolen vehicle and attempting to elude a police vehicle and was sentenced to 13 months in prison.

Kristina Marie Keys, who is charged with second-degree identity theft and third-degree defrauding a public utility, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 30 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 21.

Joseph Lee Cooper Sr., who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, attempting to elude a police vehicle and possession of a controlled substance with no prescription, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $50,000. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 9 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 31.

Adam Thomas Everett, who is charged with felony cyber harassment, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was reduced to $15,000. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 9 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 31.
