Sultan man accused of Car Wash theft

Hill enters not-guilty plea in Superior Court

DAVENPORT — A Sultan man facing several thievery-related charges had his arraignment continued a week in Lincoln County Superior Court Tuesday, Dec. 12.

Tulsa Edger Allen Hill, 32, is charged with first-degree malicious mischief, second-degree malicious mischief, second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and second-degree theft.

Hill is accused of robbing the Davenport Car Wash Wednesday, Nov. 29, according to police records.

Ironically, it was Hill who originally called the police that Wednesday, according to records. He said his 2013 Ford F250 pickup truck was stolen by Katrina Michelle Miller of Sultan.

Miller was pulled over by the Reardan Police Dept. at Colville’s Gas Station, and two assisting officers from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested her while noting drugs in the truck that appeared to be fentanyl and tools for smoking methamphetamine.

Meanwhile, a Davenport man found quarters all over the ground and the coin boxes smashed at the car wash, records state. Deputies determined that Hill and Miller were involved romantically, and that Hill had placed stolen items in the truck, according to records.

A search warrant found fentanyl, methamphetamines, Xanax, a bag of carwash tokens, a container of quarters, 37 “Mexi” pills and burglary tools in the pickup truck.

Police records state that $2,232.50 worth of property was stolen from the Car Wash and over $5,000 in damage was caused to the building and quarter machines.

Hill remained in Lincoln County Jail on a $15,000 bond. The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Office said they hadn’t yet filed charges against Miller at press time.
