Dec. 17

Traffic stops: 11

A commercial burglary alarm was reported going off on the 1100 block of Morgan Street in Davenport.

An abandoned car blocking the turn lane was reported at Highway 2 and Waukon Road.

A Davenport man reported loose horses on the 13100 block of Bly Road.

A Davenport woman reported loose cows at the Omans grain elevator.

A Wilbur dollar store employee reported a hit-and-run in the store parking lot.

A caller reported stolen trees.

A caller said her neighbor’s dogs were coming onto her property and attacking her dogs.

A Davenport woman reported assault in Odessa.

A caller said he was following a possible driver under the influence westbound into Davenport.

A Davenport man said a Chevy had been parked at the gravel pit near the intersection of Cottonwood Creek and Seven Mile Roads for an hour.

Dec. 18

Traffic stops: 10

A Davenport woman said a court order was violated.

A Grand Coulee Police officer said his girlfriend told him she saw a drunk driver westbound on Highway 2 at Bennett Road.

A town code violation was reported on the 200 block of Lake Street in Reardan.

A caller said someone was bullying his kids at school in Wilbur.

A suspicious vehicle was reported parked in front of the library in Reardan.

A Davenport woman said a truck was parked on her property without permission off Washington Street.

A caller said a sedan drove partway up his driveway, then turned around and left multiple times.

A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported on Highway 174 at milepost 31.

Dec. 19

Traffic stops: 16

A motion sensor alarm was reported on the 32800 block of Rays Place northeast of Davenport.

A Grand Coulee woman said her ex-boyfriend was texting her that he was going to kill her.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Wellpinit for a doctor’s appointment.

Papers were served to a woman on the 300 block of Second Street in Sprague.

A caller said an 83-year-old man fell and hit his head in Odessa.

An Almira man said people he had never seen before were sitting at a table in the town park under a tree and appeared to be exchanging gifts.

An RSO check was performed on Crescent Road north of Reardan.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle on her property.

A Davenport man said he and his 15-year-old son were verbally fighting.

A Creston woman said she got a phone call from a man whom she had a no-contact order against.

A medical alert was reported on the 700 block of First Street in Davenport.

Dec. 20

Traffic stops: 10

A Reardan man reported a minivan off the roadway on Highway 2 just east of Bennett Road.

A caller said a driver was passing cars and pushing cars off the road westbound on Highway 2 west of Reardan.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle driving around his property and was concerned they were shooting coyotes near Ringwood and Gaffney Roads north of Sprague.

A caller said another man was trespassing on his property.

An Odessa woman said a local man killed his family dog on the 300 block of Marjorie Avenue. A Winthrop man said 16 cattle were taken and butchered without a bill of sale in Odessa.

A deputy assisted a man in changing a flat tire on Highway 2 at milepost 259.

A Wilbur woman said her boyfriend hadn’t returned home for a couple hours near May Avenue and Milmont Street.

An open air 911 call came from the 37400 block of Sherman Draw Road outside Wilbur.

Dec. 21

Traffic stops: 19

A caller said the trash can appeared to be burned in the men’s bathroom next to Subway in Davenport.

A caller said a dead dog had been by the side of the road for two days.

A Grand Coulee man said a man had been trespassed from the Lakeview Terrace trailers.

Dec. 22

Traffic stops: 12

A Lincoln man said he and his neighbors had their mailboxes ransacked the previous night at Redwine and Valley View Roads.

A cow standing in the road was reported on Highway 2 10 miles east of Creston.

A Spokane Tribal Police said two people with warrants for their arrest were allegedly hiding out at a trailer park in Davenport.

A Harrington man reported a jeep driving all over the road on Highway 2 at milepost 252.

A Davenport woman said she locked her keys in her car at Safeway.

Papers were served to a person in Odessa.

Dec. 21

Floyd Marshal Gendron, 42, Spokane. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for an ignition interlock violation.

Criminal docket-Dec. 19

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a healthcare worker and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $100,000. A jury trial was set for Jan. 17.

Dylan Ian Moses Doughty was convicted of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and was sentenced to two months in jail with credit for two months served. In a separate juvenile case, Doughty was convicted of fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and cyber harassment and was sentenced to 15 days in detention with credit for 15 days served.

Jesse Paul Bohn pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree assault and was fined $43.

He was also sentenced to 364 days in jail with all days suspended and fined $5,000 with all $5,000 suspended.

Tulsa Edgar Allen Hill, who is charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree malicious mischief, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was reduced to $5,000. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 9 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 7.

Vincent M. Stevens, who is charged with driving under the influence and attempting to elude a police vehicle, had a jury trial set for March 13.

Harley Lance Burns, who is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and fourth-degree assault, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Feb. 20 and a jury trial was set for March 13.
