Dec. 23

Traffic stops: 14

An Almira man said a dark car was “making laps around town” and in front of his Third Street house.

A Sprague man said a local woman’s cows were in the road at Schirr and Gaffney Roads.

A Reardan woman said she and her husband were arguing, and her father-in-law tired of them and tried to kick them off his property.

A Creston woman said her ex-husband called her 69 times.

Cars parked in the street blocking traffic were reported in Sprague.

A Davenport man said two dogs tried to nab one of his cats the night prior.

A Coulee Dam Police officer said he had probable cause to arrest a woman that was possibly on Highway 2 between Creston and Davenport.

A Reardan man said his wife was “instigating s*** and belittling him” on the 51400 block of Whispering Pines Drive.

A vehicle with a flat tire was reported.

Traffic stops: 3

A Reardan man said his son was being belligerent and he didn’t know what to do with him.

A Davenport woman said she believed someone stole a package from her on the 200 block of Maxwell Street.

A medical alert button was reported going off on the 500 block of Birch Street in Odessa.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 265.

A Davenport man said he had a friend that needed to be checked on at the County Fairgrounds.

A domestic violence situation was reported on the 44800 block of Highway 21 in Keller.

Traffic stops: 0

A caller said a 21-year-old female attempted to overdose on almost 30 pills.

A sudden death was reported at Safeway Apartments in Davenport.

Traffic stops: 4

A 911 hangup call came from the 36300 block of Redwine Canyon Road northeast of Creston.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported from Spokane County.

An Odessa woman said someone rang her doorbell on Fifth Street around 3 a.m.

A caller reported a hit-and-run on the 200 block of Third Street in Harrington.

A Davenport man said his two dogs ran away after breaking down the door at his home.

A Davenport man said he heard a gunshot near his home on Seven Mile Road.

An Odessa woman said a local man was illegally possessing two firearms.

A sudden death was reported in the Creston area.

Traffic stops: 18

A Davenport woman said two dogs got into her chicken cage and started eating the birds on the 44200 block of Detour Road.

A residential burglary alarm was reported going off on the 4400 block of Highway 21 south of Odessa.

A Davenport woman said a local man was continually driving under the influence.

A caller said he found a small amount of drugs.

A Grand Coulee man said he was scammed out of $5,000 by a company in Salem, Oregon.

A Davenport man asked for information about making his side-by-side street legal.

A Davenport woman asked if a letter from the Attorney General from Washington State was a scam.

A Creston woman said her ex-husband violated a court order by Snapchatting his daughter, which showed him at the local cemetery and old missile silo northeast of town.

A caller said a man was at her house while high and paranoid.

Papers were served to a woman in Odessa.

A suspicious vehicle was reported, but it turned out to be coyote hunters taking a nap.

Dec. 28

Traffic stops: 20

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Kootenai County in Idaho.

A Sprague woman said she saw a dog with a chain wrapped around its hind leg at the Sprague Motel.

A car crash was reported on the 34300 block of Miles-Creston Road 10 miles outside Creston.

State Patrol said a pedestrian was repeatedly jumping into traffic on Highway 174 at milepost 28.

Papers were served to two people on the 100 block of Brace Street in Wilbur.

A house fire was reported on the 47200 block of Sprague Highway Road outside the city.

A caller said a chicken coop caught fire on the 100 block of E Street in Creston.

Dec. 29

Traffic stops: 5

A crash was reported on the 33200 block of Hawk Creek Road.

A caller requested a deputy presence to mediate a dispute between the Wilbur Mini Mart owner and a man trying to take a product he had on consignment.

A Davenport woman reported loose cows at the elevator in Omans.

A Davenport woman said she was dividing property of her deceased husband to her children and came across a firearm with a suspicious serial number.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 2 at milepost 261. A 16-year-old child was detained and released to their parents.

A caller said the abandoned house on Sixth and Ross Streets in Davenport was becoming home to too many feral animals.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dogs were running loose in the trailer park on Jefferson Street and charged her and her daughter.

A Davenport man said a firearm was stolen from his residence on the 1100 block of Adams Street two months prior.

A caller said his car was stuck on Virgils Road east of Davenport.

Traffic stops: 19

A Harrington man said he heard two “loud booms” outside his house on the 400 block of Main Street.

Lincoln Hospital staff reported two dogs in the parking lot.

A Wilbur woman reported an erratically driven SUV eastbound on Highway 2 near Telford.

A Creston woman said her son rolled his truck on ice and wasn’t injured on Welch Creek Road near Redwine Canyon Road.

A Minnesota man requested a welfare check on his daughter, whom he said let her boyfriend back into her Sprague residence while he was volatile and on methamphetamines.

A Davenport woman reported a dog-at-large on Broadway Avenue in Reardan.

A Reardan woman said her neighbor’s dogs kept coming into her yard on the 36000 block of Moore Road.

A caller said his account was hacked and $600 was stolen and used at “massage parlors” in Missouri.

A Springdale man requested assistance recovering his vehicle from Johnson Family Towing in Harrington.

A Renton woman said she hit a deer with her car on Highway 28 at milepost 80.

A caller said someone stole her medication when she was admitted to the hospital.

An Odessa man called 911 while yelling at his sister-in-law to get off his property.

Willie Levi Jim, 35, Wilbur. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of second-degree assault and third-degree assault of a child.

Dec. 26

Eric Willam Farley, 33, Bridgeport. Arrested by the Reardan Police Dept. on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Dec. 29

Melissa Dianne Fowler, 39, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

Garry W. Bellah, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours community service and 12 months supervised probation.
