NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by

the Davenport Planning Commission

that a public hearing

will be held on Wednesday,

January 17, 2024, at 7:20 p.m.

The hearing will be held in the

Davenport City Hall located at

411 Morgan Street. The hearing

is to consider an application

for a conditional use permit for

apartments at 30 Morgan Street.

The property involved is described

as: Lots 1,2,3,8,9 and

10, Block 89, Columbia Addition

to the City of Davenport,

according to the plat thereof,

recorded in Book “A” of Plats,

page 41, records of Lincoln

County, Washington.

ANY PERSONS having questions,

objections or suggestions

concerning this conditional use

request may appear in person

and present them orally or in

writing.
