STATE’S INTENT TO NEGOTIATE

LEASE

The Department of Natural

Resources (DNR) intends to

negotiate two separate 10-

year communication leases

for a tract of land containing

just over 4 shared acres, described

as “Creston Butte” that

includes portion of the SE1/4

SE1/4 of section of Section 16,

Township 26 North, Range 34

East, Lincoln County, Washington.

Annual Rents will be
