RFP 24-PH02: PUBLIC

HEALTH ORGANIZATIONAL

CULTURAL ASSESSMENT

AND LEADERSHIP SERVICES

LEGAL NOTICE

The Lincoln County Health Department

(LCHD) requests proposals

(RFP) from qualified

firms or individuals to conduct

an organization cultural assessment,

focusing on how to foster

a learning and growth culture

within the department. After

the assessment, the consultant

will work with the LCHD team

to develop a cultural model for

managing change and support,

an application template, and

leadership training(s) on embedding

the culture into our daily

work. These items should take

into consideration the current

strengths of the department, as

well as succession plans. LCHD

understands this is a long-term

effort and will extend beyond

the contract time, thus the embedding

portion of the work will

be critical as the department

continues to grow and expand.
