NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Kagele Acres, Inc., has made application for SEASONAL

change/transfer of water right in order to add a point of withdrawal and change a portion of the place of use as granted under Superseding Ground Water

Certificate No. 5949-A(B).

That Superseding Ground Water

Certificate No. 5949-A(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 300 gallons per minute, 360 acre-feet per year, from February 1 to November 30, each year for the irrigation of 240 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the SW¼NE¼ of Sec. 6, T, 20 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That the authorized place of use is 240 acres: 5 acres in the NW¼, 125 acres within the SW¼ and 110 acres within the NE¼ of Section 1, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M., Grant County, WA.

That they propose to add a point of withdrawal to the S½ of Section

24, T. 21 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

That they propose to change the place of use to the NW¼ of Section

1, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M., Grant County, WA and the S½ of Section 24, T. 21 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

All within Adams, Grant and Lincoln County, Washington.
